Found a contact number for them but it's a premium rate line which left me waiting and then hung up costing a lot of money and still no resolution. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Yes it's cheap but in the long run you're better paying more to a reputable company.”

Constantly saying they need proof I returned the items, which I shared multiple times including photo evidence that the items were delivered and signed for by them. They have the items and my money! They aren’t refunding my £150 for freezer drawers. Don’t recommend this supplier at all! Will contact Indesit to complain about this company too as a supplier of their products. Give me my money back!!!!!!”
“I purchased a LG TV stand leg on the 4th January 2023 via 4lg.co.uk website and the payment of £53.99 was deducted from my account straight away. But I never received a confirmation of my order placed. I have been waiting for a month emailing them and I am yet to receive my order. They don't seem to have my order but they knew how to deduct the payment from my account. I have sent them a screenshot of payment evidence. I have asked them to refund me my money and they have now gone quiet and not responding to my emails. They are the worst company to order items. Unfortunately they are giving LG a bad reputation. I will be taking this matter further until I get my refund. They are a fraudulent company.”

I ordered a fridge seal in November and first was told they didn't have in stock but I was charged for this item &suddenly they have the part. This was received but was wrong. I have been emailing since December to get them to get DPD to collect my item so I can be refunded. They have continually lied to me stating that they've arranged collection when they haven't and I've not received my refund. I've now raised a complaint with my bank to try and get a refund **USELESS THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES ESP GIVEN THE HARD ECONOMIC TIMES WE'RE ALL GOING THROUGH😡😡😡***”
“Would give zero if I could. Stay well clear! Ordered a new glass top of an induction cooker. Was told item not in stock but you will have it in 28 days. Had to get in touch with them after 8 weeks. No way of calling them, if you try to do online chat then soon as you say its a query about and order it comes up with a message that no operators are available so I said it was to place an order and as if by magic operators were available! They don't respond to emails. Told me it will be another month and a half so just asked for to cancel and refund. No confirmation sent so will chase. Wish I had seen all the negative feedback before order but you live and learn I guess.”
“Truly, the very worst experience of a retail seller I have ever had. Completely calamitous series of errors at EVERY step of the way. Duplicated order, parts incorrectly advertised and not suitable for machine stated. Refund process hugely difficult and stressful. Customer services email will take 5-7 days to respond, and then with a completely pointless, vague, irrelevant answer. And so the process begins again, wait another 5-7 days for pointless response, Phone staff polite, but completely inept at dealing with problems. I've been 'played' today, if you ask for supervisor you'll be told you'll get a call back once they've reviewed case. The call never comes, and I believe that this is a cynical ploy by their staff to get you off the phone so to speak. Currently battling £344 refund. Utterly appalling, disgraceful company, and the only review of this type I have ever left. Totally incensed by this shower. Disgusted by their incompetence.”

“Took money and then said item out of stock. Order tracking did not work. I raised a concern with them via email reply to their email.fobbed off with response about postal strikes and later supply shortfalls due to dock strikes.Absolute rubbish.I made daiy requsts to cancel order but initially ignored.I contacted my bank to commence chargeback.suddenly i get an email and a phone call from them and they pay refund in full. I did check with bank and they confirmed this had occurred so at least my persistence and daily emails paid off.Nothing but hassle for 3 weeks and i would not recommend this website.Incidentally they also call themselves IGNITE so buyer beware !!. My personal feeling is that these people dont have access to any goods to sell. They are not registered at companies house .gov.uk either under that name .Check it out youself.”
“Strongly suspect this company is a scam. Ordered a new hinge for my washing machine door but received no email confirmation or acknowledgement. The money was taken from my account a couple of days later. Now a week since placing the order and it is impossible to contact them - no live chat option, no phone number, and no reply to the online form. I don't have an order number or any proof of the transaction other than my bank statement. Will be claiming the money back from my credit card.”
“The part I ordered for my Hoover vacuum has still not arrived, I ordered in March, it feels like a scam, they sent a email saying screwfix had taken over, my ordered could not be refunded but they would have the parts in stock in 4 weeks, blah blah.. Still nothing. then this morning some guy phoned claiming to be from 4ourhouse wanting to confirm my name and address, no no.. I told him email me, I feel these people are scammers.. Why are Hoover allowing this dodgy operation to take our money and give us nothing in return.”
“Placed my order 8th April, it’s now 9th May and still no sign of the item being despatched. No phone number to contact and on-line request form gets no response. So angry I’ve asked to cancel my order and given them until 24th May to refund or I’ll start Small Claims Court Action.”

“OVER 2 MONTHS WAITING so far for a part that was shown as in stock on site, I had to contact them to see what was happening after a month and was quoted a date two weeks later for delivery, never happened, contacted them a FURTHER MONTH LATER and have now been quoted another date… I advise everyone to shop elsewhere, horrible experience, poor customer service, I will not use this company again.”
