"I purchased a LG TV stand leg on the 4th January 2023 via 4lg.co.uk website and the payment of \u00a353.99 was deducted from my account straight away. But I never received a confirmation of my order placed. I have been waiting for a month emailing them and I am yet to receive my order. They don't seem to have my order but they knew how to deduct the payment from my account. I have sent them a screenshot of payment evidence. I have asked them to refund me my money and they have now gone quiet and not responding to my emails. They are the worst company to order items. Unfortunately they are giving LG a bad reputation. I will be taking this matter further until I get my refund. They are a fraudulent company."

On August 1st, I found out that there is no contact information on the website, only online chat, and it took me a long time to contact their website through online chat. Their customer service told me that the product was out of stock (but the website still showed \"in stock\" at this time), and I didn't know when it would be shipped. I told him that I wanted to cancel the order, and the customer service closed the chat tool directly. After waiting until August 3rd, the order was still not cancelled. I still contacted customer service through the chat tool on the website. The customer service told me that the order could not be cancelled because they showed that it was in stock. I told him that I had cancelled the order before, but he did not respond at all. , just told me that there is stock and can't cancel the order, I asked him how long it would take to ship, he answered me 3-5 working days, but not sure, let me wait for their email, and then he closed the chat tool again. This is a really bad site, it's disgustingly bad!"

"Ordered two replacement wheels for our Beko tumble dryer, got sent two different looking wheels. Paid \u00a370 to have them fitted. Three weels later one of the wheels failed, another \u00a370 to be told that... 4ourhouse response was to offer free return of the faulty item. That's it \u00a3140 down becaise you have zero stock control and zero interest in the basocs of customer care. Its now apparetly 'safe to order again'. Amateurs."

"Ordered an in stock part on 3-5 day delivery. A month later I am still fighting to get it dispatched, being repeatedly fobbed off with \"we will investigate\" emails. No explanation and no offer of resolution or refund. They claim to have called when they haven't. Only things they are good at are lying, taking your money, and falsely reporting poor reviews on trust pilot so that they get blurred out. Photos of classic fob-off lies attached."
