“Great product, a pair of Shimano 'V' brake callipers but terrible service from 99Bikes. The parcel sat for nearly a week at their depot. Unable to get anyone to answer their telephone Help line & the On line help promised the world but never did anything.
It was only when I rang one of their Auckalnd stores that one of the staff actually cared about their customers and organised delivery for the next day”

“The site is very hard to use on an iPad - the top level menus don't work. You can click on them to expand the different categories, but it's not possible to click on them. I managed to order a few pairs of socks and a few packs of electrolytes, in one order, and it arrived in four or five parcels! I felt bad having paid one shipping fee. The delivery was super quick, and the emails tracking the order were easy to follow.”
