“We ordered a norco rampage 1 for my son and no complaints there.. drove from Timaru to pick it up on Wednesday after receiving a notification that his bike was ready. I took time off work to make it happen to find out what we ordered wasn't the size we ordered.. people make mistakes, we accept that. I now have to make an extra trip to collect what we ordered. I just hope we can be reimbursed for my travel time and cost to make it fair”

Lack of ownership from the staff for stuffing up and not servicing my bike. No apology for their mistakes. I've ended up with a damaged bike, cost to myself and now will have to take it to another bike shop to have the issues fixed.
My advice, go elsewhere to have your bike serviced.”
