“Wonderful service!! Purchased a bike online for our sonβs Christmas present. When he finally got to ride it we realised the brakes were too far away from the handle bars for him. Thinking we would need to return and buy a new one but 99 bikes were amazing and were able to adjust the brakes to fit him well. Super friendly and fast!”
“Before I bought the ebike I told the sales rep I didn't like the tyres on it and would change them. He told me I would have to bring the ebike in to reconfigure it for the new tyre size. He told me this would take 5 minutes.
This process has not taken 5 minutes. The bike has been in the shop for two weeks. About 1/4 of the time I've owned the bike, it's been in the shop, for this.
First they tried handing the bike back to me 2 days later, without doing the work.
I called after a week, got told the mechanic was on lunch, and that he'd call me back. He never called back.
I've been lied to about being able to change the tyre size for the ebike, just to defraud me of $2200 and get a quick sale. It is clearly not a 5 minute job easy thing to do. It's been 2 weeks, it's still not done, and honestly I don't have any faith that the store can get it done at all. They're just mucking me around.
If I can't get a refund on this god forsaken awful machine, I will put it through small claims.
I get mucked around less by frauds and crooks on facebook marketplace.

“Google gate! Ordered 2 pairs of mountain bike googles , sent separatedly and both arrived cracked. Had 1 pair sent as a replacement and they arrived cracked also. Customer service were helpful, but packaging was poor, [Glenn Innes shop were the only ones to use extra cushion packaging] the others were just thrown into the box, which is incrediblely frustrating from a consumers point of view.
Suspect googles were cracked prior to shipping.
Needless to say I've requested a refund.”
“Service at the Glen Eden store was great, helpful but never pushy sales guys, they have more bikes in stock than I have ever seen anywhere else, would have been great if the store was double the size and they could have a bit more variety in footwear and clothing.”
