“Great customer service replacing a faulty seat post. Had an interesting ride when the seat post failed on my mountain bike causing the saddle to come adrift. Turned out it was worn out and needed replacing but 99 Bikes came up with a temporary fix to allow me to keep riding whilst a replacement was ordered. Kindly re-fitted replacement for me when this arrived within days of ordering.”

“Exceptional Service and Great Value – Highly Recommended! I recently visited 99 Bikes in Walton-on-Thames to purchase a bike for my son, and the service we received was outstanding. Mitchell was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout — he offered us a fantastic deal on the Scott Aspect 760 Hardtail Mountain Bike in Black (Medium), which my son absolutely loves. Mitchell also suggested and supplied us with a Camelbak Podium 600ml Water Bottle in Smoke, ensuring we had the right accessories to get started confidently. His genuine care, attention to detail, and excellent customer service made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. “Great store with everything you need, the staff were friendly and helpful and good communications. The only slight negative was that my Di2 gears hadn't been very well setup when I received the bike, so I had some tweaking to do after my first ride.”

“I had a flat tyre, I walked to 99 Bikes to solve it. Didn’t have a chance to book an appointment just walked in. I can’t be more satisfied with the service I have given. They recommended a better tyre, done a quick service, checked everything within an hour while I had my meeting opposite coffee shop! Highly recommend 99 Bikes! Thank you Kit!”

“Well, I paid a deposit for a bike and have been asked to provide a review. Well, what can I say? It's one of the best deposits I've ever paid. Slick, hassle-free and it lightened my wallet by exactly the right amount (online walletof course - who carries that much cash these days?). So, if you too are looking to pay a deposit, what better place to pay one than 99 Bikes. However, I would suggest that if you are looking for a washing machine, television or new car for that matter, 99 Bkies might not be the best place to trust with your deposit. Tommy Tangent”

“BIG Shout out to Phil T at 99 Bikes Southampton for all his careful help and advice with selecting a new Mtb - an awesome Scott Spark which I am absolutely delighted with. Phil helped me from start to finish helping me to add a set of decent pedals and making sure that the bike came set up just right. The bike was prepared quickly to a high standard by the team and I was able to collect and get out for a first ride in the New Forest! I can really recommend the Southampton store - it's got a great range of bikes and stock and the team are super friendly and helpful. Thank you to Phil and the team at 99 Bikes Southampton!”

“I was delt with buy Shaun. Shaun size me for a Specialized Allez Sport. Got the size spot on. Very helpful and sorted the squealing front brake before I took the bike while I waited. That's the second time I have been to 99 bikes Southampton, very helpful both times”
