“I was very satisfied with my experience choosing and purchasing a bike at 99 Bikes in Totton. There was a lot of choice in the showroom, as well as equipment and clothing etc. The staff were knowledgeable and understood the CycleScheme process. While I was in the shop, I saw them interacting with other customers and was impressed with how they routinely went the extra mile to ensure customers left happy. The bike I chose was fully set up for me before I left, and I was given information on how to maintain it. It was a very thorough experience and I would recommend this shop.”

“I made two visits to your Chichester Branch and was extremely well looked after by two of your staff. They were incredibly informative (clearly very knowledgable) and quickly assessed my needs and suggested a few options, the pros and cons of which were explained very well. My second visit I purchased the hybrid bike and I am extremely happy with it. Thank you.”

“These guys were great, services my so s bikes, put ew brakes and seat on for me. A d when I bought another bike they set it up and put the new items on for me ready to go. Will be taking my bikes there from now on.”

“I had a great experience with 99 bikes. Jack and Mitchell were both incredibly responsive, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I had initially reserved another bike from the one I finally purchased. I was able to change my purchase without any hassle which was much appreciated. Also really handy to be able to park directly outside. Oh and loving the new Roubaix.”

“I have visited your Chichester shop twice recently with my son. Both visits your assistants have been extremely helpful/informative/patient with us as I know nothing about biking and this is proving to be a very expensive hobby!! Great customer service.”

“Knowledgable and helpful staff. Happy to spend time discussing options and looking at fit etc. I was looking to buy an eMTB, which is a hell of an outlay, so I appreciated the time and advice recieved. I would highly recommend 99 Bikes in Totton. I bought a Cube eMTB through cycle2work and the team at 99Bikes had it built and ready very quickly. When I came to collect, they spent time setting up the dropper seat height, suspension pressures etc., to suit my weight and ran through all the information regarding setup, the Bosch/purion system, charging battery removal etc. etc.”

“Cannot fault the after sales service I've received after purchasing my Scott Patron. Had a small issue with the dropper seat post, it only required a new cable, but meant a major strip down (motor out)and rebuild (hours). All done with professionalism, a smile and politeness. Much appreciated 👌”

“Owen specced a spare pair of off road wheels for my new gravel e-bike. They are superb quality and only took 15 days to collection from order. They are just what I wanted.
