“First came into your Chichester store and was served by Adam who was extremely helpful and in turn he ordered an electric bike after taking onboard his advice. When the bike was delivered to store I received a phone call informing me that my bike will be made up and ready to go for the following day. I collected my new bike from Paul. Excellent team and excellent service thank you.”

“I don't normally write reviews, but felt I had to acknowledge the exceptional service I received by all the staff at each stage of my purchasing progress! As a senior lady, I felt very valued as the men listened patiently to my requests which made my visit very pleasant! I thoroughly recommend the welcoming shop with a wide variety of bicycles and accessories on display!”

“I wanted to buy a decent bike but without any knowledge I didn’t know where to begin. Was served by Shaun who was excellent and talked me through the options and explained what I needed to know. Helped me get kitted out and the bike was ready in 1 week (a week earlier than expected). Would highly recommend”

“I hadn't bought a new bike for a few years and being a casual cyclist rather than an enthusiast, i wasn't wuite sure what I was looking for. I found the guys at 99 Bikes in Totton to be friendly and knowlegable and they helped find me the right bike for my needs for the price i wanted to pay. Before visiting 99 Bikes I had looked at a few other places that sold bikes, I am sure everyone will know their names, but I found no one there who could help me get the bike i needed and i certainly didn't know myself. I would 100% recommend anyone buying a bike to go there, top notch on knowlege and price.”
