“Pleasantly simple. Another retailer was giving me the runaround for 2 weeks... So I cancelled the order and went to 99 bikes after calling and confirming it was all in stock. The guys at Chichester built the bike within 24 hours and had it ready for collection, despite having the shop half demolished by a van driving through the front! The collection service was quick and easy, and all in, a pain free experience with very helpful and friendly staff - would recommend this company to anyone who wants to buy anything they stock. Very happy with the bike too, they had the same very competitive price, but service above and beyond what I'd received elsewhere. I'm now riding, and excercising more, whihc is what the bike was for.”

“Just bought two Scott hybrid bikes and they have been fantastic. My Wife and Ib trekking arund the New Forest and greatly appreciating the comfort and ease of riding. The guys in the shop were great and very helpful.”

“Andrew and Phil were fantastic from start to finish during the purchase process, which was done via the cycle to work scheme. The whole process was made very simple and I had great communication throughout. The bike arrived promptly and in perfect condition, along with a free multi tool and pedal spanner! Would 100% recommend 99 Bikes to anyone considering a purchase.”

“Son happy with new bike. Found a scott bike online and then found 99 bikes. spoke to louis who price matched and ordered the bike. about 3 weeks later all arrived and fits son very well . have got to book 6 week check but bike working realy well being riden to school every day. and the usual pace a 13 year old rides at. shall definitely use 99 bikes again for my bike needs.”

“The chaps at 99 bikes were amazing in helping me order and collect not just a new bike but loads of additional kit to use up my bike to work voucher via email (over 28 of them ). They were super friendly in store and in general a great bike shop experience. Bummed they are not my LBS as they are 200miles from where I live but will be sure to shop with them again next year to abuse another givernmant subsidised voucher! Ride safe 99!”
