“A brilliant bike shop both online and instore. First used them in 2022 when training for LEJOG Offroad and my spoke went on my wheel. Walked into the shop and they fixed it no questions asked. Just bought a bike! Great price paid! Great service! Good comms! Highly recommend them!”

“extreamly satisfied with the customer service from a employee phil i had my bike stolen a month ago and managed to get onto the cycle to work scheme but was having difficultys proceding with the certificate so i rang up and spoke with phil who was extreamly helpful and managed to place my order on my behalf and whatever questions i had he answerd them and helped so thank you i would highly recomend this bike shop down to there services and also the care for there customers too”

“Having enquired about a bike on the cycle to work scheme I realised I needed to wait for 4 weeks to receve my LOC but didn't want to lose the opportunity of then discount available. Phil at 99 bikes Southampton was brilliant and could not have been more helpful. Great communication and an unbelievable delivery time, less than 12 hours from the order being placed! Would highly recommend.”

“I recently received my beautiful new Specialized Allez bike from 99 Bikes, and I absolutely love it. I placed my order just before going on holiday and asked the team if they could hold off on shipping it until I returned, and it was not a problem at all. The bike arrived with all the necessary tools the day after I got back home. The team answered all my (newbie) questions and were very helpful. Thank you!”
