“First purchase from 99 bikes and it was a fantastic experience. Had to order the bike as was not in stock but they kept me up to date on where it was and it was collected on time. When I collected they took plenty of time explaining things to me and answering any questions. Very friendly and approachable.”

“The part, a chainwheel, arrived promptly and fits. The BCD (bolt circle diameter) was not shown on the website. It needed a phonecall to resolve this but it was done efficiently. This was my third attempt at fitting a chainwheel, my advice is buy the exact SRAM part rather than cheaper clones.”

“A fantastic bike shop with friendly staff, I knew which bike I wanted to buy which was one of the lowest priced Hybrid bikes,and I was treated in the same helpful manner as if it was an expensive bicycle I was buying. I highly recommend this shop for any of your cycling needs.”

“I located the bikes I wanted for my children, in stock here after bwing sold out everywhere until the new year, in one of the colours. I live over 4 hours away, so I emailed to see if I could pay a deposit and collect closer to Christmas Jack, was the person I communicated with from start to finish, and he was brilliant. Deposit set up for payment via an online link and bikes collected, built on the date requested. One was missing a reflector, that I didn't realise until I arrived home. This was posted out via DPD yesterday and arrived today. Fantastic service throughout and the best price around for the bikes (as well as the only place with stock) Highly recommend 99 bikes.”

“Grate service on all my visits the team is very knowledgeable and all willing to help answer any questions the hand over I got for my new bike was first class they made sure I knew everything I needed to before leaving the shop all I would say is a couple more shock pumps would be helpful to keep things moving”

“Dropped in to touch & feel a specialised diverge gravel bike. Great knowledgeable service. Left a deposit and although I had to delay my purchase for a few weeks this wasn’t an issue. On the day I went to complete the purchase, the bike had already been built and was ready to go. That made my day, the team even pulled the inner tubes and fitting new valves completing the tubeless make over whilst I waited. The big is gorgeous and fun to ride. On leaving I was reminded to come back after 6 weeks to have the bike checked over. I even earned reward points !! Thanks to the Totten Team @ 99 Bikes”
