“Such a poor services. The delivery didn’t find my address and couldn’t to deliver the package. I have not received any updates and have to follow myself. I still did not receive a refund too”

“Just bought two Scott hybrid bikes and they have been fantastic. My Wife and Ib trekking arund the New Forest and greatly appreciating the comfort and ease of riding. The guys in the shop were great and very helpful.”

“l love it it comes as it showes but what l saw was if you spend more that £50 you get like a £5 voucher l was looking foward to it but it didnt come but yhe bike is amazing”

“Andrew and Phil were fantastic from start to finish during the purchase process, which was done via the cycle to work scheme. The whole process was made very simple and I had great communication throughout. The bike arrived promptly and in perfect condition, along with a free multi tool and pedal spanner! Would 100% recommend 99 Bikes to anyone considering a purchase.”

“Son happy with new bike. Found a scott bike online and then found 99 bikes. spoke to louis who price matched and ordered the bike. about 3 weeks later all arrived and fits son very well . have got to book 6 week check but bike working realy well being riden to school every day. and the usual pace a 13 year old rides at. shall definitely use 99 bikes again for my bike needs.”

“The chaps at 99 bikes were amazing in helping me order and collect not just a new bike but loads of additional kit to use up my bike to work voucher via email (over 28 of them ). They were super friendly in store and in general a great bike shop experience. Bummed they are not my LBS as they are 200miles from where I live but will be sure to shop with them again next year to abuse another givernmant subsidised voucher! Ride safe 99!”

“I was disappointed to find that the gear change mechanism had not been adjusted and it jumped to 2nd gear from first. other gears tried to jump out. i got it adjusted locally by a mechanic.”

“A brilliant bike shop both online and instore. First used them in 2022 when training for LEJOG Offroad and my spoke went on my wheel. Walked into the shop and they fixed it no questions asked. Just bought a bike! Great price paid! Great service! Good comms! Highly recommend them!”
