“One problem that I do have is i thought that I had read that the dx1000, would go through the back wheel of my bmw r1250gs, it will not, had have known this i would have looked for a alternative.”

“Staff Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. No pressures to buy and extremely patient when I took a week to make my decision on a bike they had ordered in especially for me. I had a trial ride and then they put it aside until I had made a final decision....no phone calls to hurry me along....totally easy purchase by me.”

“Great service from the team on the day, great communiucation during the process and very quick and efficient ordering and bulding of the bike. Slight dissapointment that there was no checking of the setup of the bike at collection as other retailers offer - suggest this as an enhamcement of the service you offer.”

“Haven't come across 99Bikes before, even though they have a branch in Chichester, quite close to where in live. They popped up in a search for mtb handlebars, the price was good and an additional introductory discount and free delivery sealed the deal.”
