“Online order for my new bike was a breeze and very straight forward, communication was very good from the team as bike was a litttle delayed but when the arrived it was packed with care and id like to say im very happy with my purchase!! Thanks 99 bikes 😀👍”

“The only reason I gave 4 stars, was the delivery time, this was down to TNT/FEDEX who are widely spread as being the worst delivery courier around, and this was no different with my order. Definitely look at changing your delivery partner. I was happy with my bike once I received it, I made a huge saving thanks to 99bikes”

“Thank you 99 Bikes. I recently purchased a Specialised Roubaix Sport Apex from your excellent bike shop. The service from to name but a few, Byron, Bo, Louis, Mathew was great ....... professional, informative and really helpful. This is the third bike I have purchased from Hargroves Cycles / 99 Bikes..... and I'm very likely to buy the next bike from you in the future. Byron in particular has been brilliant and very helpful over many years and I would thoroughly recommend 99 Bikes Southampton for fantastic and enthusiastic service ...... and great cycling products.”

“Bought an Orbea rise M10 2024 model. Brakes came as plain deore brakes rather than the XT. On closer inspection looks like a 2023 model. This I could have got for £2500 less than the 2024 model. 99 bikes have offered to change the brakes but nothing is easy with them. Always too busy don't have time. Really poor service from a bike shop. Will be contacting Orbea in the next few days.”
