“I can't fault Bran, the engineer who dealt with my case. My son had bought a set of Hope breaks to upgrade his Canyon Spectral MTB and as this required a lot of skills, we us d 99 bikes to do the job. It turned out the rear break hose wasn't long enough so it wasn't a problem for them to order up the necessary parts from Hope. Bran also spotted a few areas where the bike required a bit of TLC and after approval to spend on fixing these, Bran did a top job. Very happy with the whole service. An area that could be improved is the length of time the phone rings in the shop when calling up though! More staff perhaps needed on the shop floor?”

“Really didn't think I got much for my money with the service they provided. Parts are on the more expensive side compared to other outlets and whilst the staff were friendly enough, I don't think I'll be using 99 Bikes again to service my bike.”
