“Perfect customer service, i was able to check stock online before departing for the store to collect what I required on the same day. I understand the store in Winchester is now closing, which is a real shame. Probably another sign of either high rent & services costs, or the new owners stripping back costs, but probably a mixture of both”

“Having used 99 bikes (was Hargroves) for several years I am disappointed to hear that the Swindon shop will be closing. I think this is a massive loss to the cycling community in Swindon and the surrounding area and a big oversight. I have always been impressed with the workmanship from Mark Sealey and his team as well as the friendliness of the staff. I wish them all the best in their future endeavours and hope this won’t be the last we see of this amazing team!”

“Recently purchased 2 bikes over the last couple of months at 99 Bikes in Chichester. I was advised by a different person both times and they were equally excellent, both very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Very friendly place. Would recommend.”

“Very pleased with the service I got ,delivery was excellent, but when I assembled the bike and pump the tyres upto the right psi the next morning went to get on the bike the back tyre was half flat it was a faulty value so I had to buy new innertube ,plus the crankset doesn't seem to be running smoothly seems to be dragging when am pedalling apart from that everything else seems ok”

“Really good experience using 99 Bikes to buy a new MTB. Good communication and delivery was much faster than they had previously set out. Super responsive on any questions. Bike arrived, well packed and protected and in perfect condition. Highly recommended!”

“Service has been excellent. This was demonstrated when I had to get the handlebar tape replaced on my new bike after it had been damaged presumably in the transporting of the bike by the delivery company Things were resolved quickly and effectively. Customer service from Phil was great.”

“I have had a very easy and straightforward experience with 99 Bikes. They were suggested to me via Laka to replace my stolen bike (also really recommend Laka bike insurance). Philip (Tighe) was incredibly patient as I am not at all technical and struggle to read specs on bikes. It was a very positive experience with excellent communication. I'd have no hesitation recommending 99 bikes to any friends needing assistance with buying a bike.”
