“5 stars – Exceptional service and great experience! I've visited this bike shop multiple times over the past few months and purchased three bikes here — each time the experience has been absolutely excellent. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable. I want to give a special shout-out to Matthew who went above and beyond to help us every time. His advice was spot-on, he was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all our questions. Highly recommended , I wouldn’t go anywhere else”

“I bought a bike from 99 bikes 6 months ago. I changed the cassette and chain, unfortunately I was well into a ride and threw a chain, it was bent but I managed to hobble back to the shop in totton. They fitted a new chain, tested the mech and had me back on the road in less than an hour. Many thanks much appreciated Ray”
