“Disappointing. Good sale price on the bike but when it arrived we found an issue with the bike. Contacted customer service immediately but, even after two phone calls, we're basically told to sort it out ourselves by taking it to a bike shop. This would involve putting the bike on the car, driving 20 mins, paying for parking and then paying a minimum service fee. They then said they could fix if we brought the bike to the workshop in Southampton (an hour's drive away). After all that also found the inner tube was punctured at the seam but decided there was no point asking for help again.”

“Great shop and great staff, but shop location parking wise absolutely terrible if you can’t walk long distances. Also same problem if you need to take your bike in for a service and don’t live in Chichester l live on Hayling Island”

“Happy accommodating staff especially the manager who looked after me giving old fashioned personal service. I toyed with buying a bike online but 99 bikes at Southampton not only had a good price on a Cube but quickly fitted accessories and adjusted the bike to my needs I couldn't be happier. It's reassuring to have the shop as back up if needed.”

“Great service, fitted me with a new bike. Ridden it a couple of times and it is very nice. They adjusted everything to suit my back issues. For me this has been a great experience. I highly recommend the Chichester shop.”

“Went into Southampton store looking for first adult size bike for my daughter was shown the range that suited use size and budget in store and online they found me an amazing bike online with a huge discount in perfect condition way better bike than I was expecting was delivered exactly on schedule with all safety checks done gears and brakes perfectly tuned would like to say awesome job guys I will be back for an electric model when I can’t keep up with her 👍🏻”

“Delivery was quite a while and took one week before get the item but I know that since purchasing so that’s fine! Unfortunately the bike shoes size was big so I sent the item yesterday back waiting for a swapping with a number 7UK. I am waiting a contact from the shop.”

“Recently bought a new mountain bike from 99bikes very speedy delivery and free postage,have since ordered and received an order for gloves and cleaning products and once again fast delivery. Spoke with Phil on the phone he's was very helpful in sorting my order. I'm very happy with my purchase and very happy with the service I've had from the team at 99 bikes, great job would definitely go back and recommend”
