When I went into the store to get this product they said they didn’t have it and just pointed out another brand in red. “I bought a kids bike through click and collect. Even After reviving the message that it is ready when I reached there it took them an hour to bring it out of the workshop. Even then there were issues with brake adjustment, stand adjustment, the rear wheel was loose and something as small as tyre pressure was not checked. Had to take it back into workshop to get these addressed and even then it was not acknowledged by the technician that it should have been tested before delivering a new bike. Overall the experience was quite poor.”
