“The product I bought online a Yakima Fold Click 3 is something that really should be purchased in store, so they can show you how to fit it. It has been quite difficult for us to figure out the correct way to fit it. I live about 4hrs from my nearest 99bikes store so this was diffcult for me but is in no way a reflection of the service i received from 99 Bikes. They were excellent.”

I paid a 10% deposit and was advised that the bike would be available five days later. The staff kept me informed via email regarding the progress of my order and the bike was ready for pick up on the promised date. I was very happy with the service and support provided during the purchase of the bike and for the advice that I was given when I purchased several other accessories for the new bike.”
