“Andrew was extremely understanding and helpful in a situation that wasn’t his doing after an online order I made and some incorrect advice I was given. His customer service was excellent and I appreciated it very much. After only shopping online with 99 Bikes until now, I will be back to his shop for sure! Many thanks.”
