My son didn't like the colors of the bikes on display, so the staff showed him some of the bikes available online which he happily picked the black/green model of the Pedal crush. I was away for work & the store offered delivery for just $24, plus a sale on next week & managed to get some good quality bike locks for the kids new rides. “Actually really good service. I was delighted as I'm used to sub par service in retail. I ordered a product via the website to click and collect and it wasn't what I thought it was. Rather than let me buy something I couldn't use Tim was knowledgeable and took the time to help me realise the product was not fit for my intended purpose. He offered other solutions but was polite and understanding when I asked for a refund. I would absolutely recommend this shop on their customer service alone.”
