“I was rear ended by another cyclist breaking my derailleur hanger. Went straight down to the boys at 99 Bikes Noarlunga where I always get the best service and advise. The boys replaced my hanger and went over the bike for any other damage and adjusted the gears. Won't take my 3 bikes anywhere else.”
“Had a minor accident with a bike falling off the bike rack on the car. The service for parts was excellent by the staff. They helped me with part numbers and options for wheels, derailleur, shifter, brake spares etc to get the bike rolling again. Unfortunately they couldn't take an order over the phone, so I used the information to purchase online. Credit to where credit is due...99 Bikes Mile End. (The parts came from 99Bikes Victoria - somewhere - in a couple of days)”
