“Generally speaking the service was not too bad, however, since finally getting a chance to ride the bike I’ve noticed that the derailleurs are not adjusted properly (first ride) and are constantly catching on the chain and changing gears is not as seamless as it should be, which is seriously frustrating because I feel I shouldn’t be riding the bike as I reckon it would be causing excessive wear/damage on the derailleurs and chain, therefore making the 6 week service redundant because they want everything to settle in.”
“Another big tick for the Belmont crew at 99 Bikes. I’ve been using the store frequently since getting back on my bike this year and always find the staff friendly, helpful and efficient. The prices are good too. This was my first bike service at the store. The bike was second hand and went in a bit ragged looking, so I went for the Standard+ service. It came out looking brand new and rides great. Very happy to recommend 99Bikes in general, I visited a few stores now, but particularly Belmont.”
