Products were great, waiting time was extended due to covid, fair call, however customer service was lacking, not kept up to date at all. I had to chase up all my orders, no one was accountable, no explanations or apologies either.

Great sales service but like we don’t exist after that. Problems with the bike snd no return calls despite promises, workshop too busy to follow up (staff appear swamped), failure to remedy problem etc. very much considering returning the bike

Quite good but had to return one of the products as was chosen because of vague information re the item. Item was unsuitable so needed to be returned for refund. Still awaiting refund and also had to wait some time for order to arrive.

Although the customer service experience was outstanding, the lack of accurate information relayed by one of the staff members ultimately cost me valuable time and several unnecessary trips.

Transaction was good. This was my first time buying a pushbike, and it was probably my own naivity, but I thought the bike would come with things like bell, light, kickstand etc.

Items are good but order was delayed for 3 weeks, communication was poor. Have used before and have been good.

Nothing I puchased fit to my bike, which was also purchased at 99bikes. The ads for the device did not make a model that the parts fit to clear, so I (mistakenly, it turns out) assumed that they would fit to mine, since it was purchased at 99bikes.

Ordered click & collect, wrong product was put aside. Had to wait another week for it to be ordered in & make the trip back.

Would be happy to give a review, but have not yet received my order. *Update* Received my order the day after leaving the previous review. Thanks to 99 Bikes for following up with the transport company. It seems that my order was stuck with the transport company at their depot in Perth. Happy with the outstanding service and will definitely buy more stuff through 99 Bikes,

Stood at the counter 10 minutes waiting to be served for a click and collect order, then had to wait about another 5 minutes while the staff member fumbled with the computer not knowing how to process the order until another staff member came and showed him how. Frustrating.

Sales person told me nothing about the product end the end I had to call them and use you tube to get the answers

The bike is perfectly fine. It came fully assembled which was nice and useful. When I picked it up they put it on the stand in store and tightened (or just checked) the pedals. So I was VERY surprised to find both pedals fell off on the first ride!

The staff are always excellent. I bought surrounds for my SPDs and they are wearing badly

Dont buy Globber push trike as it is unsafe for young children as it has no wheel guard on the front wheel.

Average experience with a click & collect at the Marion store. Says 2hr click & collect but 4hrs went by & never got a confirmation that my order was ready, I had to ring the store. When I did go & get it the guy that served me was friendly & made sure my stuff was all there. But when I got home & opened the box for my helmet it was dirty & missing the pad liners etc. The online team has sorted the issue for me though & very apologetic.

The delivery was delayed but this was most likely due to Covid. The delivery itself was pathetic with the delivery person neither ringing the buzzer or sending an sms or phoning. He was seen through the window driving off, then sending a message saying item couldn't be delivered. I am working from home so was there.

I am not happy with customer service .they said you can change bikes in 30 days but when I went for a change after 6 days they didnt change mine.bicycle was small for my daughter.

The order takes a long time to arrive (over 7 days) after the order. Would be better if the online system can let me know if it is not available in stock!
