“Average experience with a click & collect at the Marion store. Says 2hr click & collect but 4hrs went by & never got a confirmation that my order was ready, I had to ring the store. When I did go & get it the guy that served me was friendly & made sure my stuff was all there. But when I got home & opened the box for my helmet it was dirty & missing the pad liners etc. The online team has sorted the issue for me though & very apologetic.”
“Nothing I puchased fit to my bike, which was also purchased at 99bikes. The ads for the device did not make a model that the parts fit to clear, so I (mistakenly, it turns out) assumed that they would fit to mine, since it was purchased at 99bikes.”
“I liked they had the product in stock. I disliked that I could not see it in use as no display stock. Also disliked it was advertised for $60 less the week prior and they were not willing to negotiate. Their delivery service and time was excellent.”

“Generally speaking the service was not too bad, however, since finally getting a chance to ride the bike I’ve noticed that the derailleurs are not adjusted properly (first ride) and are constantly catching on the chain and changing gears is not as seamless as it should be, which is seriously frustrating because I feel I shouldn’t be riding the bike as I reckon it would be causing excessive wear/damage on the derailleurs and chain, therefore making the 6 week service redundant because they want everything to settle in.”
“Not really impressed. I ordered online and the prices were all higher than in the store I collected the order from! The guy there gave me a cereal bar, but didn't cover the cost difference for me between the cheaper store prices and much higher online prices I was charged. Disappointing.”

“99Bikes still use Australia Post for deliveries. As many of you know, Aust Post rarely deliver a package so therefore I had to go to the post office to pick the part up. It cost me $10 to do something I could have picked up from the store for free. 99Bikes - please use another courier for your deliveries.”
“Mechanic used oil based lubricant on the chain. Chain was lubed with wax lubricant so chain had to be odegreased and re-lubed as they are not compatible.”
“Quite good but had to return one of the products as was chosen because of vague information re the item. Item was unsuitable so needed to be returned for refund. Still awaiting refund and also had to wait some time for order to arrive.”

Thanks to 99 Bikes for following up with the transport company. It seems that my order was stuck with the transport company at their depot in Perth. Happy with the outstanding service and will definitely buy more stuff through 99 Bikes,”
