“99 bikes advertise that they are "the most approachable bike shop" and they actually really are. Every person I've dealt with cycles but they are extremely welcoming to any person that shops with them. Their products go from cheap and cheerful right up to what an enthusiast would use. I use their joondalup store a lot but I've also shopped at their Osborne park and Morley stores”
