“It was the spare of the moment. I had lost a 'crush washer' when I was servicing my own fork before a weekend ride. Saturday, one hour before closing, I called 99 Bikes - Service Department and, yes! they had one in the workshop... Weekend saved and great staff.”
“I attended the shop to collect a new back wheel and chain whip. I received exception service - polite and professional- and I’m very happy with my purchase. Highly recommended.”
“Great place to shop for anything bicycle, Knowledgeable & helpful staff and much more approachable than bike shops of past years. 99 Bikes Ashmore also have a great range of bikes & accessories in stock.”
“Sent an email with a technical question - got a prompt, accurate reply. Ordered some accessories - arrived quickly- and do the job perfectly. Pete (Sawtell)”
“As always interaction with Gabriel ?, when purchasing special Tannus Armour tyre inserts for my Specialized Sirrus. He insured particular interactions to ensure I received absolutely suitable requirements and as soon as possible because the achievement availability was then a bit complex.”
“I was supplied with a Shimano RS100 700c 10/11 Speed Rear Wheel. It was delivered promptly and in excellent condition. The price was the best that I could find. No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommended!”
