“I've been looking for a bike for months. A wonderful staff member from customer support helped advise me over the phone which bike would be the best fit for me. I really didn't want to buy a bike without seeing it or trying the fit but this lady was extremely knowledgeable. I ordered the bike she recommended and i absolutely love it. Over the duration of bike searching i spoke to the staff at Lidcombe, Carlton and Ryde. Every single staff member was AMAZING!!! Even the delivery guy was awesome. I ride my bike whenever i can, during lockdown it's the only thing keeping me sane. One of the best purchases I've ever made ?”
“First time customer, happy with the product, price and speed of being ready for collection. Bought some extra items in-store on the spur of the moment. Helpful staff.”
