“Great Service / Follow Up Took my beaten up 20+ year old bicycle in mainly for a service. Also I'm pretty tall and wanted to get the handlebars elevated, something I had investigated in the past, without luck. I didn't get the standard "Can't be done", instead, we worked through the issues and landed on a setup that will work well for me. What was really pleasing was dealing with people who knew their stuff and took an active interest in solving my problems.
