“Communication during delivery was excellent and progress was as described. Package arrived at the time advised, well protected and in good shape. Had a slight delay due to Covid issues but otherwise timeliness was good. Overall I thought the service was terrific and I'll look to purchase again from 99 Bikes.”
“I can't fault the service I've got at the 2 stores I go to (Bayswater and Blackburn). And coz they happily beating anyone else's prices, I can't fault those either ? Also just found out they also recycle old tyres (think it's for a small fee or donation or something), so will have to clean out the garage before I go there next”
“Website is very easy to use, product arrived in good condition and very happy with experience. I also use the physical stores, Joondalup and now Osbourne Park. Very happy with product range, price and level of service 99 Bikes provides.”
“The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and the items are great value. My experiences with the 99 Bikes store at Penrith have always been excellent.”
“Smooth online order experience, Fast shipping, Good communication through the delivery and seamless handover. Was obvious that the delivery lady knew everything about bikes, provides good advice and all info.”
“Purchased a couple of kids helmets and found that one of the models (same brand, same models, just different graphics) was a very loose fit, sliding sideways and backwards. The Bentleigh store staff were very welcoming in helping exchange the helmet to another, more secure one. This particular store is always friendly and helpful, hence we keep going back. Thank you.”
“Purchased kids' 12" bike online and service was amazing had a text to say its been built and when the bike was ready for collection. Easy to deal with in Osborne park”
