“At first there were some significant delays with my click and collect order, but the team at 99 Bikes in Blackburn really turned it around and made sure that I was looked after.”
“Having the difficulty of being new to cycling in a covid closed retail world, it's tough going to get the advice required purchasing new products. At the newly opened Carrum Downs store I've spoken with Abby on the phone twice and had attentive and very helpful service, being able to answer all the questions I had. It's because of Abby's good service I've become a club member and will continue to be a loyal customer at this store. Thankypu for your support and good service Abby.”
“Purchased the Buzzy Bee bike carrier. Very pleased with the purchase, it was easy to put together, and very easy to attach to the car, and the ease of putting bikes on and off is great. Holds bikes very securely, and the carrier has working lights, just like a trailer, very happy biker.”
“Recently purchased a bicycle for my daughter using the click & collect service (due to Covid Lockdowns). Order was ready for pick up 2 weeks before estimated pick up date, greeted by friendly staff, and quality of bicycle is phenomenal!! Very happy with purchase & service. A++++”
“The selection of shoes was very good, prices were competitive and delivery prompt. Quicker than that show as expected delivery window. The 30 day return policy meant I was confident buying something with a critical fit requirement online.”
“Items ordered were what i expected. Were easy to order & ready for pick up not long after ordering. Staff in the shop were helpful when I picked up the gear I ordered.”
“I cannot fault the people at the Preston store! Everyone I have dealt with show exceptional customer service and product knowledge - these guys and gals wrote the book on approachability and customer service and constantly out do themselves. Have done and will continue to recommend them as the 'go to' for anything cycling Thanks team Rob Schiera”
