“We have used Clarks Carmarthen for our 2 year old daughter Jasmine. On all 3 occasions, we have been served by Sarah (Assistant 76) I highly recommend using this store its always very clean and tidy, the staff are very helpful and welcoming. Sarah is really skilled in her work and provides an excellent service. She is very natural, always friendly and patient which makes a visit to the store a special experience. Big fan of Jasmines new shoes too, thanks Clarks!”

“On our recent visit to Clarks at Middlebrook, Bolton two assistants Jimmy and Amir were helpful and informative whilst we were purchasing trainers and shoes for our grandson. They made my 9 year old grandson so at ease that he actually said "I like those two people". We left the store with exactly what my grandson needed.”

“Visited Gloucester branch and have to compliment the staff on their friendliness and professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble for Chantal and she spent time sorting through shoes and sizes - even finding some excellent sale bargains for me. Well done Gloucester.”

“I would like to complement and congratulate the staff at Clarks in Witney. They not only provided an excellent and patient service for myself and other customers during a recent visit, even though it was a very busy day during the sales, but also behaved in an admirably calm and professional manner when attending to a particularly challenging customer at the till. Very impressive! Even though I didn't find anything my size in the sales, it goes without saying that the 'normal-priced' Clarks shoes I bought, as ever, offered excellent value for money.”

“Had a very pleasant young man derive me. I wanted some light coloured shoes and saw a pair the same style I already had but in a different colour. They were out of stock but Tim asked where I lived Channel Islands some firms will not deliver. He has arranged for me with free delivery. Just waiting for them to arrive. Good Service”

“30/12/18 0011 HRS weather lousy. walked into clarks Denton,to be greeted by Glen with a beaming smile asking if he could help? I repied ,am just looking. After choosing 2 pairs to try I turned round and glen was there .I asked could I have both full pairs to try plus a shoe horn. After trying them on I told glen I would have both pairs,he reboxed them while I was putting my shoes on then escorted me to the till. In and out in 30 mins with exellent service. My kind of shopping.”

“Visited your St Helens shop yesterday afternoon with my daughter and two grandsons aged four and two. We were served by Rachael who provided first class service. She was extremely helpful and patient with the two children and we left very satisfied with four pairs of shoes”

“I have visited Clark’s in wickford high street several times now and the service that they provided was amazing. I have a 2 year old boy and I am always unsure if he needs a new shoe size and the staff are approachable, friendly and knowledgable.”

“The assistant Ellie should be a role model for new workers she is very patient and doesn’t mind if we make mistakes for example I ask for a size 2 👞 shoe then I ask for a size 3 me and my kids say that she deserves a break and she deserves to be on a higher level thank you respectfully sincerely Fawzi and family”
