“Just an awful shed and awful experience. Chloe their alleged manager is outright rude and very unprofessional. Ryan is a smart alec and Diana lied to me about delivery times. They are scammers at best.”
“Worst company I've had to deal with. Buyer beware, don't expect a refund or exchange if something goes wrong. They will tell you to sell it and buy another one.”
“Difficult to put together, bends and twists, poor quality materials, poorly designed, roof is nearly impossible to install, scratched and the window has to be installed separately they said it would turn up in 2-3 weeks, and it took 4.5 weeks after multiple complaints.....really unprofessional outfit. Spoke with Chloe the manager, she is unprofessional and aggressive, she hung up the phone on me when she couldnt negotiate a reasonable outcome, Diana, Ryan, Kimmy, Jaed and Mich all claim they can problem solve for you but none have put a shed together before and dont know what they are talking about, just make excuses for the poor design. They should not be in business IMHO.”
“Overpriced, terrible quality, dented everywhere, late arrival, instructions are hyroglypics, had to cut pieces down and use different fixings, measurements didn’t match per the instructions, support is non existent - couldn’t be worse.”
“Most difficult pool pump shed to be put together.
Flimsy fabrication, instructions difficult,
Product could have been made in whole pieces not bits to be joined together.
Would not recommend buying this product.”
“It arrived on time. All the parts were there. It is not easy to put together. It took 2 very experienced trades people 10 hours to assemble. You need to drill all the holes. It does not have handles. Just bolts to bolt to the floor. Not easy.”
“EasySheds….. more like DifficultShedsI I Placed order and paid for shed. Received an email advising item had been sent and was given a tracking number to track the delivery with an ETA. 2 weeks after the ETA I was still awaiting the delivery and the shed still showed as being in their warehouse and not having been sent like the email advised Tried speaking with customer support to find out what was happening and 7 year olds could have managed the issue better. Avoid!!!”
“We had a pent summerhouse installed by Eezysheds in 2021. The shed leaks on all sides through the log lap and at each window. 5 out of 10 double glazed windows are also blown with water inside the glass. I would strongly advise against installing one of these sheds. Pay the extra money for better quality and avoid the disappointment. Poor poor quality.

“Easyshed is not easy poor quality design, difficult to build, rude sales staff who try to put the blame on the customer and fail to identify the failings in their sheds.
Don’t touch them. Dodgy.”
“Worst company worst shed, difficult to put together, poorly designed. Their responses were rude and evasive. Waste of money and time. Do yourself a favour and don’t buy this rubbish.”
“I got the end opening Garden Shed 3.5m x 1.5m, it arrived on a truck, the packaging was ripped to bits, they were all strapped down really tight.
to get the right width on the panels when assembled the ends had to be bashed in, the sheets are hight tensile so it is very difficult and should not have to be done, this had to be done to each pane, both ends, and the door, Customer Service told me this had to be done, and was a common problem because the sheets are flattened during transportation from over tightening.
My dealings with Customer Service were not good {Ryan} smart alec comments etc.
I definitely would not recommend one of these sheds, i do not know how they are still in business.”
“If you want to break up with your partner this is the shed for you, the arguments that this has caused, “easy”shed my ass, it was the devil reincarnated.”
“I would not recommend this company. Our panels turned up dinted and deeply scratched.
Contacted customer service and their solution was to send a tin of spray paint because it's structurally sound. We did not pay for a dinted and scratched shed. Spray painting panels will result in patchy discolouration from the sun.
Very disappointing as we like to support Australian owned and operated businesses.”
“EasyShed, more like ReallyFreakingDifficult Shed. Our 3.75x1.9m skillion shed promised 4 hours installation. We are now entering our third day of this DIY nightmare 🤬. Nothing about this shed has been easy. Drilling together layers of sheeting is incredibly frustrating as the metal underneath just warps and bends. The instructions recommend using a perfectly sized piece of wood to help, but did they provide said piece of wood? No. We resorted to raiding our son's puzzle set for different sized blocks just to coax the screws into place. Just getting my head around the instructions and checking off all the parts took a good hour or two alone. None of the sheets were labeled, so I had to go through them all and measure them to identify them. Thankfully the channels and joiners were named, but a couple of them were illegible. The doors were really difficult to put together, a lot of force was required, and then they didn’t fit well. Putting together the panels required 1-2 people, but putting the walls and roof together needed 3-4 people at times (unless you conveniently have some long planks of wood lying around). We initially wanted to hire someone to assemble our shed, but found it incredibly frustrating that EasyShed couldn’t put us in touch with an installer in our area, probably because they’re smart enough to avoid this rage-inducing ordeal. Plus I’d hate to think what they would charge for so many hours of work! Our decision to try and save a few bucks by installing ourselves was futile, resulting in arguments, physical pain, swearing and calling in family favours to help out. I would not recommend installing an easy shed to anyone.”
“Bike Shed Model EBS-2308
The name ‘easyshed’ is a misnomer and assembling the shed is about as far from easy as you can get. This has been the most difficult and frustrating item I have ever assembled and it is physically demanding.
Criticisms
Prior to purchase there is no information informing you that all parts are not pre-drilled, you will have to drill all the holes yourself. Parts include 197 screws and 59 pop rivets, which will require you drilling holes through several layers of metal. Physically demanding! If you don’t have a pop rivet gun you will have to buy one.
Tools listed as required included a step ladder, I don’t know why, and failed to list 4-5mm spacers and duct tape. Also essential and not listed is an impact driver for inserting the screws, or another power drill with a torque control, otherwise you will have blisters using a hand screwdriver.
The instructions listed all parts and part numbers, which should have been printed onto each part. Some parts had the number printed clearly, some had an unintelligible number and some had no number.
Front, back, sides and roof panel dimensions should match the corresponding U channels dimensions. They didn’t always resulting in struggling to get parts matched up prior to screwing together.
When fitting the internal door slide bolt the overhang dimension is wrong and then fitting the hasp is physically impossible till later in the assembly.
When assembled the doors sag and there is no way this can be prevented, so the door slide bolt and hasp previously fitted do not line up.
Positioning the roof hinges to the back top rail in the positions indicated in the diagram is not possible as these areas have protruding screw heads.
Assembly time took me into a 3rd day.
I cannot recommend anyone buying this product and if I could give it a zero rating I would.”
“Can't leave no star!
The worst shed I have ever seen. It's so tough to assemble. Instructions were completely vague! No sign, no marks. That is just terrible.”
“The term Easyshed is a misnomer, the opposite is really the case. The instructions are difficult to follow and because I am not a handy person I had someone from Airtasker come to put it all together and he had a lot of difficulty both in following the instructions and putting it all together, he spent many hours working on it before the job was completed, it entailed a lot of wrestling and forcing parts together. The end result was far from perfect despite many hours of hard work and great effort to put it all together, spanning over 3 whole days. I wish I never bought this shed. It was a big mistake which I very much regret.”
