“Great frames, great customer service. Only thing I wasn’t fully satisfied with is the fact the glasses got delayed on 2 separate occasions but I still got them after about 8 weeks and I’m extremely satisfied. Vision express are great for cheap designer lenses but you will have to wait. I bought Prada frames for just under £300 and everywhere else is minimum £500 for the same frames with prescription lenses to be with you in 14 days. Pay the price or wait the time you can’t have it all!”

“As an NHS worker I was really happy to be offered a pair of designer glasses and lenses at a cost of delivery only. They are extremely clear lenses and the frames are lovely. Unfortunately the downside is that the frames do not fit me, they are are far too wide, therefore, I am unable to wear them. I guess that will be my fault for not looking at the measurements, but I have not bought a pair of glasses on line before, so I hopefully will be more diligent next time.”

“Don't panic!!! I ordered some raybans which were more than £50 cheaper than the high street store. They said they had to be ordered in and expected delivery within 10 days. In the meantime I checked out reviews and immediately got swept up in the negative reviews. At the 10 day mark I emailed and received a generic response about the delay, however when I phoned a couple of days later the customer services guy was extremely helpful. He apologised for the delay, tracked my order and advised it should be with them that afternoon from the suppliers and he then upgraded my delivery to next day upon receipt. I took it with a pinch of salt, but true to his good word the delivery was received and I couldn't be happier. They look GREAT! I would definitely use them again, but would allow time if product isn't in stock. Deliver took 3 weeks. I would now phone them first to order and get the best/worst estimate of delivery time first off.”
