Received faulty glasses and lens were of a poor quality. On top of that, customer service were awful! So hard to get hold of (the phone rings out or they pick up and hang up on you soon after). Still waiting for my refund.

I bought Cartier glasses from this company about £1000. They gave me lenses that were dirty and had noticeable scratches. They do not answer my questions and requests. I do not recommend buying glasses from them remotely.

1m ago I’m in New England, USA. I would never ever purchase a pair of glasses from this company again. Atrocious customer service. Literally one of the worst internet transactions and customer service experience I’ve ever had. I ordered frames on 1/19/24. It is now 2/14/24 and the frames are in Georgia several days away. I have never heard of the shipping company used (Parcel Service). Supposedly they made one attempt to deliver them returned the frames to NY and handed off to USPS. Tbh, I’ve never heard of parcel service and I don’t think a delivery was ever attempted. Why does fashion eyewear require a signature but if/when the frames finally arrive a signature will not be required. Had to purchase new frames from another company. Thank Heavens I didn’t need these frames for prescription replacements. My son broke frames from optometrist and I needed these to pop out old lenses insert in new lenses. I’ve heard from other reviews there is a significant shipping charge to return. Maybe in Europe they perform better but the service to the US is more than lacking. I would attach the ridiculous customer service email replies but it would be more wasted time on this company.

Awful customer service. Exchanged emails back and forth about my package never arriving and they still refused to refund me. I provided them proof from a royal mail investigation which confirmed the parcel never arrived to me, yet I am having to go through my bank to claim my money back. Would never buy from here again.

2 month ago I had bought A Prada frame, and it didn’t arrive even I had pay for faster delivery. No answer, no refund. Please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING TO THIS COMPANY . Please, please.. use Amazon it is safe and easy to return it.

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses on the 24 of November . They have still to be sent . Fashion Eyewear tell me its not their problem as the its on their suppliers side .. Bang goes my two Christmas presents . No mention of a supply problem when I was paying my money .. Fashion Eyewear are a total rip off .. An ongoing horrible experience!

I placed an order for prescription children’s sunglasses. The next day, I was told I needed to pay an addition £30. I was assured that my order would be delivered on time and would be marked priority if I paid immediately (which I did). 2 days after I was meant to receive the order, I called to find out where it was only to be told they had not even received the frames, priority order didn’t mean anything and when they said 10 business days, that was an estimate and actually the order would take a month, getting to me after I left for the trip I needed them for. They refused to pay to expedite the process and then decided that it was actually my fault as the order was for a child under the age of 16. The description of the glasses clearly said for children 11 yrs to 13 yrs and there was no disclaimer saying not suitable for children or anything to that effect. They refunded me my money (but that still leaves it too late for me to now get it from anywhere else on time). They even used the prescription I had uploaded online to question my daughter’s optitions AFTER the order had been cancelled and without my permission. AVOID FASHION EYEWEAR

Be careful if you buy anything on this website. You must pay via PayPal . You must claim if they don’t ship and escalate immediately. They will issue a tracking number but you will never receive your order . Because they cancel shipment after that about several hours and they will never answer your email from this time . Paypal will defends you

The worst experience ever!! Customer service is BAD! Cheap frames! Takes months to receive junk in the mail. Spend the extra bit of money at a reputable place. Definitely NOT HERE! STAY AWAY!! Do NOT purchase from this place!!

I never received my package! It was mailed incorrectly and I was never compensated for the item or given a replacement. Very poor customer service. Do not buy from this company

Don’t. Lower costs for sure but if you are based in the US, it will take at least a month for your glasses to arrive. In my case, almost 3 months! Not the greatest customer service either so wouldn’t recommend the hassle of purchasing products your could get elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs! The glasses I was sent seemed used and/or counterfeit. Upon contacting them I was asked for pictures which I duly sent and was told the item should not have passed the quality check. As a result I was promised a partial refund (10%) which I’m still awaiting. The communication isn’t effective either. I’ve had to chase them multiple times and am yet to receive a reply for my last email. Never again! BTW, the sunglasses weren’t cheap at all.

I would give 0 stars if possible! Paid for 3 day shipping, get an email saying they will be sent out in mid September. I have written 4 emails, to no avail. Mother- Fck this place, I’m doing a chargeback!

8 weeks ago I ordered a pairof sunglasses. Several emails I sent. FE always give a quick response. there answer is still the same we sent the oackage only the custums are the cause of delay. Its onniets way . That 8 weeks is not a reasonable delivery time they do tell, cancellen of this order is not an option because the package is still on its way. The delvery date, they cannot tell

Customer service non existent. Ordered in the morning and paid extra for 24hr delivery. No delivery notifications came. Emailed them. The day it was supposed to arrive. No reply. Called them the next day. Waited 2 hours on the phone. No reply. Now I will order from another company and get a refund from this one. If it takes a month like others say I will register a chargeback on my credit card.. From what I read... only ever order from this company if you don't mind waiting a month for them to arrive. I suspect they don't carry many in stock and order what they have sold from China as thats better for cashflow. ORDER #84334

STAY AWAY from this fraudulent business. They will give numerous excuses on delay in shipping your paid order and your product will not arrive. I canceled my order after 3 weeks of excuses and was told I would receive a refund in 3-5 days. Never happened and they stopped responding to my numerous emails requesting refund status. I’m not out any money because my credit card refunded me immediately after I disputed charge and I also reported this business to the international FTC. This place needs to be shut down!!!!

Extremely Disappointed - Misleading Product and Terrible Customer Service. I had high hopes for my recent purchase of transparent Ray-Ban prescription glasses (Order #70677), but my experience with the company has been nothing short of a nightmare. I spent a significant amount of money on these glasses, expecting a quality product and excellent customer service. However, I received the wrong pair of glasses, and my frustration began to mount from that point onward. Despite providing clear evidence of the error on their part, I have been met with exceptionally slow replies from the customer service team. It feels as though they are deliberately dragging their feet as the refund deadline approaches. Their responses have been unhelpful and devoid of any real effort to resolve the issue. It's disheartening to think that they may be attempting to withhold my hard-earned money. I am willing to send back the incorrect glasses they sent me, but I need a solid confirmation that I will indeed receive my money back. This mistake was certainly not on my end, yet the company seems intent on making it as difficult as possible for me to get the resolution I deserve.
