Would not recommend Fashion Eyewear. They take your money for sunglasses they clearly don’t have in stock. I waited a month and when I asked where they were they said another 2 weeks! Had to ask on 4 separate occasions for a refund Was a nightmare!

DO NOT ORDER! I ordered prescription glasses off this website over 4 weeks ago and instantly regretted it after reading the reviews online. Giving the company the benefit of the doubt I gave it a couple of weeks but still had not received any communications from the company. I called weekly chasing for any update, and each adviser gave me a different response. Two weeks ago I was told the glasses were in stock and I would be receiving them in a week. Come to today (another 2 weeks later), I have still not received any glasses. I rang up today to speak to an advisor called Sarah, to be told the glasses were actually still not in stock and could be another 3 weeks. But the additional 3 week time frame could still be longer. As I actually need glasses, I can no longer wait, so I have requested a refund and will be expecting it in the next 2-3 days, if this does not come through into my account I will be writing another review. DO NOT ORDER THIS COMPANY. The customer communication is appalling, and the headache its caused is not worth it.

Worst shopping experience ever! Ive purchased £300 sunglasses Waited 1 month and 1 week, after loads of chasing for the arrival date only for the team to tell me they were gonna take another 2-3 weeks. Every time I would message they were gonna take 2-3 weeks to arrive...Ridiculous The hole process I had to chase them so many times! The phone line is a joke as hangs up and doesn't even put you through to an actual assistant, the online chat works 50% of the times and forget about email as they take weeks to get back to you After that I gave up and asked for a refund that took 7 days to come and not 3-5 as told lol And only came after 7 days because I email and sent a live chat message. Just think that companies should look after their costumers as they choose them and didn't go elsewhere having plenty of choice in the market. If you can't understand this basic principle sorry you don't deserve my money Will never purchase again

Customer service is horrendous. Took 3 weeks to get a refund - they even tried to claim I only sent 1 of the sunglasses back when I sent 2 in one lot of packaging. Clearly trying it on. I had to pester every single day via phone & email for 3 weeks to get a refund. I was promised 3 times the refund had been placed, when it wasn’t. I don’t appreciate being lied to and having to wait so long for my money returned. You shouldn’t ever have to chase a refund.

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses as gifts - both were unsuitable and returned. Despatch and delivery was quick, but despite receiving emails over a week ago confirming refunds would be issued, I am yet to receive my money back (which is a significant amount). If I do not receive all the money back by COB today, I will have no option but to take further action to get my money back.

Only half of my order arrived even though I paid for next day delivery. Still waiting on the second pair glasses been told it could take up to a month to arrive.

Watch out before you fall The lenses are very poor and of the cheap type, although I chose to be the essilor lens brand, but the truth is they deceived me and sent me glasses that do not deserve even a quarter of the value, so do not deal with this site because it is unreliable and does not have credibility, because you will pay a high price to get a lens with a well-known brand This is what you will choose, but they will send you something else completely Chinese lenses are very poor and worthless. The delegation went the money a great loss and this will be an unforgettable lesson

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered my glasses well over 60days ago, customer service non existence, requested a refund told ot would take 1 to 3 days this is the 10day and no one is picking my calls, biggest mistake dealing with this company...DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL.

Purchased glasses via Top Cashback and am due £3.97. This has now been outstanding for 12 MONTHS. I note Top C/B doesn't list the site any more. However as Top Cashback was one of the reasons for ordering from them I reckon I have been SCAMMED.

This site is disgraceful with their customer service, I ordered a pair of glasses 7-14 days to come and after 14 days I still did not hear from anyone regarding my order. When I reached out almost a month later they said they don’t have the items in stock and has a issue with the distributor. I thought ok maybe I could be lenient because of the corona pandemic but when I read other reviews it’s their normal practice. Not to mention I asked for a refund and they said they processed it did not send me a refund email nothing and almost 2 weeks later I reached back out because I did not receive anything they said there was a error processing it. I’m so enraged because of a item is not in stock you SHOULD NOT CONTINUOUSLY ACCEPT PAYMENTS FROM CUSTOMERS ! Horrible experience but maybe others can beg to differ

I wont even give one star to this website. I ordered a frame on 15th of March and have been waiting to hear from them about dispatch and delivery. After waiting for around 10 days when i contacted them I always got one reply that frame will be delivered in 2-4 weeks time. When i contacted 5 days later I got the same reply. The customer service is pathetic and no one seems to know anything about the order. They claim to deliver in 5-10 working days and then change it to 2-4 weeks. Eventually i had to cancel my order after waiting for so long, hope i get my refund back in time.

I had a ordered a pair of Guess Frames. When I ordered them online I was under the impression they were available as it did not state they were not available. A week later I had not hear anything so I rang to be informed that they were not in stock and would not be available for 6-8 weeks. I was quite disappointed that I had not received notification that they were not available as I wanted to have them for a special occasion. As I did not want to wait that long on the frames I cancelled my order and got the refund quite quickly. Would not advise ordering of this site due to very poor communication.

Absolutely appalling company. I originally placed an order for a pair of Gucci glasses back in October 2019. 3 weeks had passed and I still had not received my glasses so I contacted them via email. I then received a response back to say that my glasses would be received within ANOTHER two weeks due to a supplier delay and that they would partially refund me £5 for the inconvenience. I however told them that this £5 refund was insulting given that I had waited 4 weeks for glasses with no update unless I asked, I was then offered £15 partial refund which I accepted. 4 weeks later and still no glasses because apparently they were ‘still on back order’. I then received an email to confirm that my glasses had been dispatched and I should receive them in 10 working days. YET AGAIN, over two weeks of waiting still no glasses and was told delivery would now be after Christmas (bearing in mind I originally ordered in October). I then came to my witts end with this company and told them to refund me every single last penny and cancel the order which they did. I was then contacted by a manager at Fashion eyewear, his name was Manus and he told me that he would like to try and rectify the situation if I would be happy to try them again. He explained that if I sent him an email with the glasses I would like he could do me a price better than anywhere else and discounted from what was online. Stupidly enough I agreed and sent him 3 pairs of glasses I showed an interest in (one being the original Gucci pair I purchased the first time). when I purchased these glasses originally the whole site had 25% off so I received them at a discounted price of £126.20 but we’re originally supposed to be priced at £163. However when I contacted Manus he gave me what he thought was a discounted price of £135 for these particular glasses. After explaining that I paid less for them in the beginning and that this was not a favour atall he then made out I was lying by telling me that certain brand glasses including Gucci are not included in any online sales, which they clearly were as I have the receipt for what I originally paid. I then contacted him back to voice my concerns that this was in fact NOT rectifying the situation. I have since emailed him twice and he is now ignoring my emails as he knows that they have messed up big time. NEVER EVER use this company guys I don’t know where all these good reviews have come from but they are a horrendous company to deal with. I have had an absolutely appalling experience and I would not use them again even if they offered me a pair of glasses for £1. I look forward to hearing their response, as like I said I have all the email evidence as proof.

I ordered frames from this company and then had buyer's remorse ten minutes after I placed the order, mainly because of the online negative reviews. Ten minutes later, I canceled the order. Within a day, I received an email acknowledging the cancellation...and to allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show on my credit card statement. It has been two weeks, yet the charge has not been reversed. Funny, but it took them 30 seconds to charge my card for an order that was cancelled almost immediately, yet they can't immediately reverse the charge??

I ordered glasses before holiday December 18th. 2019. Ordered was never filled. I Subsequently cancelled order (January 13th 2020) and I am STILL awaiting my refund. I had to go through my Bank to assist in getting my funds returned, . STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Total waste of time, they put on a sale, probably get millions of orders and then they can't give you what you ordered and they probably don't care because they've made a fortune on the interest from payments from customers who even if they have to refund them they've made money on the interest. Or they are just rubbish, I would never order glasses from fasioneyewear again
