“I ordered a pair of ray ban prescription glasses on 28/2/19 and received confirmation the next day. I’ve tried not to keep pestering them and emailed once and phoned once in that time. First they had to order from Italy and two weeks ago I was told they were in the lab and would be sent out in 3 working days. As others have said, no communication is forthcoming. Today I called and the office is closed and the website is down for maintenance!! Previously bought from Barclay & Hurst on line (excellent service) I regret the day I placed that order. I’m tempted to let the £154 go and order elsewhere but on the other hand...........”

“Ordered a pair of men's glasses for my partner 6 wks ago. Was assured it would be 2 weeks at most delivery. After notvrecieving them I emailed and was told another week. After this week and they had not arrived I was told there was a supply problem in Italy??? I then asked for a refund on 8th April. Was told it would take 3 to 5 days but still nothing and now they have stopped answering my e mails. Shocking customer service. Not holding my breath for my refund.”

“Purchased glasses on 7th April, next day my card was used fraudulently. I also received an email to say my glasses are no longer in stock, asked for a refund, still waiting for that to appear! Don't go anywhere near this company”

“Four weeks after i placed my order i still had not been told when i woukd get my glasses to tgen be told they were in italy and could still taje three weeks ro i cancelled my order an asked for a refund it has now been over a week and im still waiting for my refund this company is a joke snd i would recommend that you stay away from them.”

“I order my frames because of the cheap deal on Sunday 7th April 2019. Didn’t want me to pay by PayPal, usual I pay with for more security, so ask me for different way, stupid me put my debit card details and BUM on Tuesday my account was empty, somebody takes £1056.00. Just spend 1h this morning talking with my bank to find out that somebody purchase themselves a Holiday somewhere  very frustrated, scary and disappointing. As a single mum struggle to survive now my card was cancelled, my account blocked and start an investigation. Be careful with this website people, I will never, ever buy anything from them again. Unfortunately, I still waiting for my purchase to arrive. I receive email on Tuesday, saying that my frames are in stock and somebody will be in touch with me with tracking number shortly. Still waiting, but now I am wondering if this is not a scam to get to your bank details and if this company ever exist?”

“This company is a scam. Returned sunglasses for a refund. After waiting a few weeks, received an email stating that they were having issues with Paypal and they were holding all their money for some unknown reason. Having contacted Paypal they obviously don't agree so I've had to claim the refund through them. It wont be long before Paypal will refuse to deal with them - I don't think they appreciate being slandered.”

“When I ordered it said that delivery was a few days, I then had an email which said 7-14 days, however they didn’t arrive which was the Monday, I phoned to be told that they had to be ordered fropm Italy and would be with me on Thursday. Thursday and Friday- no delivery so Phoned again to be told that the delivery was delayed as it had been despatched by a different route and then lo and behold the delivery arrived whilst I was on the phone and was told that they would arrive on Saturday which thankfully they did.”

“The worst company I have ever dealt with online. Barr none. Long after the promised delivery timescale elapsed, they advised they cannot supply my order. Even had to chase up the refund.”

“Ordered mine on Feb 19 - have emailed to chase my order but no response. Have called twice and have been given different dates as to when my order would be delivered. Their main number on the website is not valid & wont go through. i had to use the toll free number. Once I managed to get through, I asked the girl on the phone if the company is legit - and she mumbled her response. I am going to ask for my money back....Was told today they had received a big order and they would email me as soon as my sunglasses had been packed - hours later, still no confirmation! Scam, cheats - and I think they should be closed down!”

“Avoid! Horrible service. Purchased a pair of glasses 3 weeks ago and still have not received them. They do not answer the phone or emails. I want to cancel my order and claim my money back through credit card. I also want to contact Training Standard for complain.”

“I have ordered 3 times from Fashioneyewear. Everytime they take my money and orders take between 6 weeks and 3 months to arrive. I suspect they sell what they don’t have available and source later.”

“Disgusting service, no update on my order, no responses to email and when you call you are waiting forever. My order confirmation said they were open Saturday but when u call offices are closed. Have no way of tracking order. Will report to trading standards.”

“Do not order from these liars. After many emails regarding my order they wrote this. 2018-12-20 14:01:52 Fashion Eyewear Hello, Thank you for your email. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We have managed to source a frame from the manufacturer under warranty so we will have the eyewear here mid towards the end of next week. “Can't believe I ordered fakes very upset as I thought I was getting a great deal. You know what there say If It's too good to be true. Just be aware guys! I received the Ray-Bans and on the first inspection there looks legit but then on closer inspection there were a few tell tell signs. This morning I went to the official ray-ban store in Central London and asked if there would be able to check some glasses I had perched online to see if there were authentic. The lady who was helping me looked at the glasses I perched online from fashion eyewear.co.uk and after 5 seconds she was like send these right back where you got them from these are fakes. I was so gutted but luckily the shop assistants must have felt sorry for me a gave me 20% off the real official ray-ban.”

“Glasses took nearly a month to arrive. Then when they did the prescription lenses were completely wrong. Avoid! There are far better places to get glasses.”
