I've been buying from Fashion Eyewear for a good few years already, and the prices and service they provide are unbeatable. They usually deliver within the specified time frame, although one time my Tom Ford glasses didn't arrive in time, but it wasn't really their fault, but the couriers. I was notified right away, and they even chased the courier for me. The prices are amazing and the products are all genuine. I have recommended this company to my friends and family, and so far we are all very happy customers!

I'm incredulous with Fashion Eyewear. After many hours spent on their online chat and on the phone with them, they've just got my order wrong for the THIRD time. The first time the glasses even appeared used. The second, wrong order. The third, wrong order. Just silly, stupid mistakes. It's been over a month and I'm still nowhere near getting the glasses I ordered. Save yourself the hassle and don't bother with these guys. They're utterly incapable of processing a simple order. You might think you're saving money but in reality you're opening yourself up to a whole world of hassle.

STAY AWAY from this fraudulent business. They will give numerous excuses on delay in shipping your paid order and your product will not arrive. I canceled my order after 3 weeks of excuses and was told I would receive a refund in 3-5 days. Never happened and they stopped responding to my numerous emails requesting refund status. I’m not out any money because my credit card refunded me immediately after I disputed charge and I also reported this business to the international FTC. This place needs to be shut down!!!!

Unfortunately I didn't came along these reviews before I placed my order otherwise I wouldn't have order from this company!!! Placed my order 23 of November 2022 and still haven't received anything besides excuses (it's end of Feb 2023) Trying now to get hopefully my money back... SO PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

No rush. If you need glasses for next year you picked the right place. It has been months since i paid for glasses i never received. No email, no update, obviously no tracking number. Where is my money? Where are my glasses?

Extremely Disappointed - Misleading Product and Terrible Customer Service. I had high hopes for my recent purchase of transparent Ray-Ban prescription glasses (Order #70677), but my experience with the company has been nothing short of a nightmare. I spent a significant amount of money on these glasses, expecting a quality product and excellent customer service. However, I received the wrong pair of glasses, and my frustration began to mount from that point onward. Despite providing clear evidence of the error on their part, I have been met with exceptionally slow replies from the customer service team. It feels as though they are deliberately dragging their feet as the refund deadline approaches. Their responses have been unhelpful and devoid of any real effort to resolve the issue. It's disheartening to think that they may be attempting to withhold my hard-earned money. I am willing to send back the incorrect glasses they sent me, but I need a solid confirmation that I will indeed receive my money back. This mistake was certainly not on my end, yet the company seems intent on making it as difficult as possible for me to get the resolution I deserve.

Don't go near this company if you don't want to lose your money. I paid for a product back in SEPTEMBER, never received it, and have been chasing a refund ever since. Absolute criminals.

After ordering and paying for a frame, I was informed that delivery would be 3 months; I requested a refund. I was told, on 2 September that my refund would take 3/5 working days; it's now end of day - 15 September. Where is my refund? They should not take money for products that they clearly don't have. Never again!

I ordered my very first pair of prescription sunglasses from this company a month ago. I enquired about some form of update 1-2 weeks after placing my order as I’d not heard a thing from them. I then got sent a clearly generic email about “your frames are in the glazing phase & you will hear from us once your frames have passed quality control in 3-5 days” Fair enough. I then waited another 2 weeks & sent another email basically asking the same questions, as I was in the dark & spending hundreds of pounds with a (to me) new company. I then received the EXACT same email I’d received 2 weeks(exactly) prior, stating they’re in the final steps of glazing etc etc. I then replied with a bit of back bone, understandably angry with being sent a computer generated email twice, when I’m spending hundreds of pounds from a company I know quite little about. From that, I then received an email from ‘aisha’ assuring me how sorry they are & telling me they’ve had issues and delays in the workshop as there is only 1 technician working at the moment.(of course there was..) ‘Aisha’ then promised me my order has been bumped up to priority and will be dispatched the very same day! And so, should receive my sunglasses within a day or 2 from said day. Low and behold, they got delivered today & are COMPLETELY WRONG. They’re glasses & not sunglasses for a start. The invoice contained inside has somebody else’s name and details on(yet the shipping address on the exterior was addressed to myself, obviously) So now, I’m left with a pair of someone else’s glasses, personal details & prescribed glasses(which of course means they’re now delayed, because I now have their frames...) I’m currently awaiting a reply from my 8th email to them in total about what needs to be done. I can safely say I will never in my life again be ordering from this useless company, nor will I have anything good to say on their behalf to anyone through word of mouth or via my professional platform. In conclusion ; if you want the worst customer service & product experience with regards eyewear, pick these every day of the week, as they’re absolutely AWFUL. I can only hope some form of compensation for this shambles will be sorted. Which I will be sure to update my thread on, upon (hopefully) receiving

Ordered a pair of men's glasses for my partner 6 wks ago. Was assured it would be 2 weeks at most delivery. After notvrecieving them I emailed and was told another week. After this week and they had not arrived I was told there was a supply problem in Italy??? I then asked for a refund on 8th April. Was told it would take 3 to 5 days but still nothing and now they have stopped answering my e mails. Shocking customer service. Not holding my breath for my refund.

2 month ago I had bought A Prada frame, and it didn’t arrive even I had pay for faster delivery. No answer, no refund. Please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING TO THIS COMPANY . Please, please.. use Amazon it is safe and easy to return it.

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses on the 24 of November . They have still to be sent . Fashion Eyewear tell me its not their problem as the its on their suppliers side .. Bang goes my two Christmas presents . No mention of a supply problem when I was paying my money .. Fashion Eyewear are a total rip off .. An ongoing horrible experience!

Be careful if you buy anything on this website. You must pay via PayPal . You must claim if they don’t ship and escalate immediately. They will issue a tracking number but you will never receive your order . Because they cancel shipment after that about several hours and they will never answer your email from this time . Paypal will defends you

The worst experience ever!! Customer service is BAD! Cheap frames! Takes months to receive junk in the mail. Spend the extra bit of money at a reputable place. Definitely NOT HERE! STAY AWAY!! Do NOT purchase from this place!!

I never received my package! It was mailed incorrectly and I was never compensated for the item or given a replacement. Very poor customer service. Do not buy from this company

Don’t. Lower costs for sure but if you are based in the US, it will take at least a month for your glasses to arrive. In my case, almost 3 months! Not the greatest customer service either so wouldn’t recommend the hassle of purchasing products your could get elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs! The glasses I was sent seemed used and/or counterfeit. Upon contacting them I was asked for pictures which I duly sent and was told the item should not have passed the quality check. As a result I was promised a partial refund (10%) which I’m still awaiting. The communication isn’t effective either. I’ve had to chase them multiple times and am yet to receive a reply for my last email. Never again! BTW, the sunglasses weren’t cheap at all.

I would give 0 stars if possible! Paid for 3 day shipping, get an email saying they will be sent out in mid September. I have written 4 emails, to no avail. Mother- Fck this place, I’m doing a chargeback!
