Don’t. Lower costs for sure but if you are based in the US, it will take at least a month for your glasses to arrive. In my case, almost 3 months! Not the greatest customer service either so wouldn’t recommend the hassle of purchasing products your could get elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs! The glasses I was sent seemed used and/or counterfeit. Upon contacting them I was asked for pictures which I duly sent and was told the item should not have passed the quality check. As a result I was promised a partial refund (10%) which I’m still awaiting. The communication isn’t effective either. I’ve had to chase them multiple times and am yet to receive a reply for my last email. Never again! BTW, the sunglasses weren’t cheap at all.

This is a fraudulent site , the pictures in their web are not what they send you. You cannot even get a refund. How is this site still Operating?

I would give 0 stars if possible! Paid for 3 day shipping, get an email saying they will be sent out in mid September. I have written 4 emails, to no avail. Mother- Fck this place, I’m doing a chargeback!

8 weeks ago I ordered a pairof sunglasses. Several emails I sent. FE always give a quick response. there answer is still the same we sent the oackage only the custums are the cause of delay. Its onniets way . That 8 weeks is not a reasonable delivery time they do tell, cancellen of this order is not an option because the package is still on its way. The delvery date, they cannot tell

I advised to spend a little more money, to get your item at a local store, where you live, because shipping takes to long, thru them

Customer service non existent. Ordered in the morning and paid extra for 24hr delivery. No delivery notifications came. Emailed them. The day it was supposed to arrive. No reply. Called them the next day. Waited 2 hours on the phone. No reply. Now I will order from another company and get a refund from this one. If it takes a month like others say I will register a chargeback on my credit card.. From what I read... only ever order from this company if you don't mind waiting a month for them to arrive. I suspect they don't carry many in stock and order what they have sold from China as thats better for cashflow. ORDER #84334

I was very happy with my 2 pair of glasses. It did take a little longer, but prescription glasses need it to be mail to USA . I absolutely love my glasses and the price was lower than any other place. Thank you

STAY AWAY from this fraudulent business. They will give numerous excuses on delay in shipping your paid order and your product will not arrive. I canceled my order after 3 weeks of excuses and was told I would receive a refund in 3-5 days. Never happened and they stopped responding to my numerous emails requesting refund status. I’m not out any money because my credit card refunded me immediately after I disputed charge and I also reported this business to the international FTC. This place needs to be shut down!!!!

Extremely Disappointed - Misleading Product and Terrible Customer Service. I had high hopes for my recent purchase of transparent Ray-Ban prescription glasses (Order #70677), but my experience with the company has been nothing short of a nightmare. I spent a significant amount of money on these glasses, expecting a quality product and excellent customer service. However, I received the wrong pair of glasses, and my frustration began to mount from that point onward. Despite providing clear evidence of the error on their part, I have been met with exceptionally slow replies from the customer service team. It feels as though they are deliberately dragging their feet as the refund deadline approaches. Their responses have been unhelpful and devoid of any real effort to resolve the issue. It's disheartening to think that they may be attempting to withhold my hard-earned money. I am willing to send back the incorrect glasses they sent me, but I need a solid confirmation that I will indeed receive my money back. This mistake was certainly not on my end, yet the company seems intent on making it as difficult as possible for me to get the resolution I deserve.

Mislead on my purchase. Ordered orange lenses, paid extra for orange lenses, was shipped brown ones. Hopeless customer service since I raised this issue. Will never go near this company again. If it looks too cheap to be real, there's a reason for it!

My order was placed over 4 weeks ago, I have not received it. And when tracking my order it’s like the item has not shipped. This is really upsetting and when I send emails I’m told that you’re backed up. Not my fault you took my money, which you shouldn’t do until the merchandise is confirmed delivered. Bad business ethics. 🤨.

Ordered 6 weeks ago, never received prescription glasses needed for my child. Getting the run around that they would be handed over to USPS "soon" but that was 10 days ago and NOTHING updated on tracking. FRAUD.

This company took our money 2 months ago for my husbands eye glasses. I complained 2 weeks ago and they shot back a reply of some hokey-pokey BS that the glasses were in the review area to be dispatched within 48 hours and I would get a tracking number. NO TRACKING NUMBER! THIS IS A SCHEISTER COMPANY RIPPING PEOPLE OFF GOOD MONEY! I AM GOING TO OPEN A CASE WITH PAYPAL RIGHT NOW! DO NOT TRUST. DO NOT ORDER FROM!!!

Unfortunately I didn't came along these reviews before I placed my order otherwise I wouldn't have order from this company!!! Placed my order 23 of November 2022 and still haven't received anything besides excuses (it's end of Feb 2023) Trying now to get hopefully my money back... SO PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

*****MUST READ BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY - AVOID****** I ordered some prescription spectacles that were quoted as ‘in stock’ costing close to £450. After 3 days I enquired about progress to be told the frames were on back order and expected to be delivered at end of February. Complaining the website informed they were in stock, I was told miraculously they had found a pair and these were going to the lab immediately and I would receive the goods in days. I have been chasing for the last 2 weeks and the company no longer responds. I can only think this business is a scam. On this basis I highly recommend avoiding purchasing anything from this company. I am left with no choice but to go down the chargeback route to get my money back. Nothing will bring back the wasted time. 1diots. AVOID

Run! When they say something is too good to be true it’s because it is. Made a purchase in December. Still haven’t received it, only thing I received is as generic fake emails, and a fake tracking number that does not work. When I reported it to PayPal they already knew about this company and the fraud and refunded me immediately. Don’t waste your time or energy. So bummer.

I read other reviews and actually had some reticence to do business with them. We ordered $324 USD worth of glasses for an upcoming vacation. When the expected delivery dates were after the vacation timeline, we engaged customer service to see 1) could the dates be accelerated, and if not 2) could we cancel our order. Customer service was responsive within 24 business hours and set our expectation that a full refund would take 3-5 business days. We were still a bit nervous about a refund, but that was only based on the other reviews we read. We received a FULL refund without any issue and as communicated. I would absolutely do business with this company again.

Order number 39947 they did not ship my order its a lie Order number 39947. I placed the order on November 21st and still have not receive my order yet. Tired contacting them but no reply. Checked the royal mail tracking website said “they are expecting it” on December 19th with no update since then. I don’t think they actually shipped my order
