Absolute Shambles of a company. Ordered a £200 item and it hasn’t turned up. Ordered 8th December, apparently delivered 10th December and now still waiting for even a bit of acknowledgment from them and it’s the 19th now. Numerous emails and DMs via Twitter sent. Nothing. Reported to trading standards!

Ordered an item 30 Nov. Dispatched according to email. As of today, 19th Dec it hasn't yet arrived. I've been asked to check neighbours etc. Out of 3 emails I have one paltry response saying they'll investigate. You've taken my payment promptly, now deliver my goods please. At the very least, respond to my messages. Amazon can deliver the next day and many other companies do. I see no issue with why you can't fulfill your delivery. Despite the outcome of this I have been put off using iwoot again. Sorry.

Ordered an item at the end of last month(November), was advised delivery would be between 05-07/12/20, item has just been delivered by Royal Mail on the 18/12/20. After taking delivery my attention was alerted to a strange noise from inside the box, no outer damage to box, but when opened item it’s in a million pieces. The contact or should I say lack of contact by any means wether it be by phone, email, is non existent. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Trading standards, and the media will be getting notified about this shambolic excuse for a company.

Never received my items and they do not reply to ANY messages. I messaged them on Facebook, Twitter and on their website over 20 times each!

Never received my items, they blamed Royal Mail but they never even gave Royal Mail my order. Can now see it’s not just me that’s had this issue. Will not use again, avoid!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT ORDER FROM IWOOT!! I placed an order on 27th November, and have been charged for this (the best part of £100 for one item). I was advised on 2nd December that it had been despatched with 48hr tracked royal mail and expected delivery by 5th December. On 7th December I received another email from IWOOT to say that Royal Mail advise that my parcel has been delayed. Today is 16th December, still no sign of my order. Upon checking Royal Mail tracking info, there has been no update since 2nd December where it states that they are awaiting the goods from sender. Tracking details on IWoot also show no further updates since 2nd December, and states that my order is being processed for pickup. This item is a Christmas gift, and actually a main present for someone. I understand there can be shipping delays due to covid/Christmas, but 2+ weeks is unacceptable. Especially as IWOOT is blaming Royal Mail for the delay, when it appears that they have not yet even shipped my item. Added to that, they have not telephone contact number and have disabled live chat. And they do not reply to email or Facebook messenger enquires. At this point, I just want to ask for a refund and buy elsewhere as I'm not expecting the item to arrive before Christmas now. But I can't even get a refund if IWOOT don't respond to messages!

Yep the same as other reviews, this company is dreadful don’t purchase anything from them. I ordered a simple board game from them at the beginning the month and haven’t received anything, it’s been three weeks and not a peep. Tried contacting them with but no reply and now being ignored. I appreciate it’s a difficult time at the moment but if you can’t guarantee the service your offering then don’t offer it. Because as far as this paying customer is concerned, you’ve stolen my money. Shame on you for adding more misery to people difficult lives.

I ordered some ladies coloured socks on 17 Nov. What arrived was a toy ATM moneybox. Since then have swapped emails to no effect. Have asked how to return wrong product and get my money back. Each time I actually get a reply they say item is with their delivery company. All emails are clearly computer generated and do not address the issues raised. Do Not, Do Not deal with this company

Do not use, wish i had read reviews prior to purchase. In excess of 10days and still waiting for order to be dispatched... Shocking service. I will never order again!!!!!!! But rest assured i will be taking further action

Order due last week. Still in processing. Sent emails don't get a answer if they will at least be here for Christmas. Used twitter still no reply. Avoid at all costs. Items now unavailable to buy anywhere else. Wouldn't mind if they were honest but just completely ignoring all communication.

Ordered 6-7 weeks ago and still waiting on my order. I know we’re in the middle of a pandemic. But after communicating with them, they still haven’t promised it will be here in time for Xmas. Won’t be ordering again from them.

Put your money in a pile, set it alight and hope the smoke turns into a genie which you can then ask to magic your gifts into reality. This is more likely to work than ordering from IWOOT

I ordered a switch from this company around the 2nd of December, I didn't hear anything for a few days so I emailed them about this and they got back to me real fast then I had an email saying estimated delivery would be 7th - 8th December. We are now on the 11th and I've not received anything yet and all of a sudden they aren't answering my emails now and no contact number for them either I will never order from these again!

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with, took money for a present then after a week emailed to say they didn’t have any and didn’t know when they would. Impossible to contact and when you do they ignore it. Eventually contacted on Twitter but their ‘customer services’ just delay any action and string you along with minor requests sent 24hrs apart. I’ve still not had a refund two weeks on. Do yourself a favour and avoid these cowboys like the plague.

Absolutely disgusting company don't order from them! Ordered my partners main present from here had an email from them to say couldnt be delivered as nobody was in however I was in all day then a seperate email saying my address couldn't be found!! Trying to blame hermes when hermes have delivered d to me for years!!! Can't contact hermes as have no tracking number and these guys have no way of contacting them!!! So now I need to spend another 50 pound on his present from a more trust worthy site!!

Zero stars was not possible!!! I’ve only gave 1 star because I had to give something but even that is being generous. Ordered on 28/11/2020, still not received order have contacted a couple of times by email. In the latest communication was told that it was in the dispatch process 2 days since that email and it still has not been dispatched. I have given plenty of opportunity to rectify problem and asked both times for an actual dispatch date to receive a generic email that avoids answering my question. There is a simple solution send my goods or give a refund. I’m contacting my bank tomorrow to start chargeback proceedings...so if you are considering buying from this company best advice I could give to you is DON’T BOTHER.

Left a review on Trust Pilot. All reviews shocking. IWWOT replied saying they would like to sort it out but haven't. Told me I could contact Customer Services - you can't. Told me I could do Live chat you can't. I want my order or a refund. How do I get either? My 3 grandsons will be disappointed this Christmas!!! No present!

These guys are sketchy to deal with. Avoid at all cost. Ordered two items and only received one. Been chasing customer services for over a month and they keep closing my case. Really shady operation. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
