They took my payment and 10 days later the order is still sat in the warehouse. Apparently they print the free tshirt with item as the order comes in. ??? No ETA , rubbish customer service. My grandson didn't get his birthday present, but yet I cannot get a refund as my order has gone too far... their words not mine. I have a form from my bank sent via email , I am hoping to claw back the money that way.”

I ordered in November for Xmas gifts had no updates after chasing on multiple occasions. The advisors lied saying it will be resolved within 72 hours. Never did. I requested to cancel which they also lied about tell me as it had been dispatched they can’t cancel. The order in fact wasn’t dispatched for another 2 weeks after this time.
Arrived on Xmas eve. Obviously too late and I requested to return. Which I had to do at my expense. I’ve returned and it reached back to them on the 4th of January. They are now refusing to refund my money. I’ve provided proof of the return and are still unwilling to provide my refund. Next stop is probably seeking some legal advice as they are unwilling to help.

“As previous reviews I returned items and have been chasing my refund. They tell me it has not been received so sent them proof of delivery and photo from Hermes. Their responses are auto generated saying the same thing. No customer service, no phone number to speak to anyone. Still no refund after 4 weeks. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.”

Company didn’t deliver product until a month after the event it was ordered for, refused to cancel order when I saw they had not sent it, despite being asked several times by myself and PayPal. Took money but refused to cancel order and refund it. Company customer service is 💩. Do not use this company!!!!”
“This company are terrible! Avoid! My order took far longer to arrive than was promised and they refused to give a refund based on that. I then asked for a refund once items were eventually delivered and they are now dodging sending me a returns form.
Do not use, they are cowboys and the most unprofessional customer service I have dealt with.”

“Ordered a Christmas advent calendar on November 2nd, and was informed it would arrive no latest November 30. It is now December 22 and I have yet to receive anything. I have had to send over 10 messages and going back and forth with customer support offering no solution and sending me the same messages over and over again. Finally, I asked for a refund and they told me that I needed a PayPal account. Except I purchased my order with my credit card and do not have a PayPal account. Extremely disappointed with this company and would not recommend it to anyone. Absolute scam!!”

Ordered christmas sweaters for christmas 10th december and delivery terms where 3-6 days.
it is today 21 december and the items havent even been sent yet.
As soon as i pushed order it went into awaiting dispatch status and could not be cancelled. When i contacted them to cancel i got a generic reply with the same answer that it is in dispatch progress and can not be cancelled FRAUD, and worst company ever.”
“Wow bought a NASA telescope with a NASA t-shirt for £29.99 only received the t-shirt 2 weeks ago. Bouncing back and forward with silly messages and a form for another week. To be told today they don’t have it stock. Yet they are now selling the same items for £63.99.
Won’t ever use this company again.

“Placed an order for Christmas at the start of December. It’s now Christmas week and it still hasn’t been dispatched. I’ve requested it be cancelled and they emailed days ago saying they couldn’t cancel due to it being released from the warehouse. Still not dispatched though. Their website makes it extremely difficult to cancel anything. Single mother on low income and a big chunk of what little presents I could get now not arrived. Thanks iwoot you bunch of p*****”
