“I live in Canada, and my order arrived in about 2 weeks in good condition. I also received an 'order has been dispatched' notification by email the next working day after I placed my order, with an order number for reference in case of issues.”

Well, I contacted CS through their website and they CS was great for me. I followed all the instructions for not receiving my package listed in their FAQ. They always got back to me within 48 hours and eventually refunded my order.
I think with everything going on, a little understanding and a little patience goes a long way.”

The delivery took seven days from placing the order online, perhaps longer than I would have expected but not terrible at the end of November to Scotland. I paid extra for next day delivery, and it has arrived as promised, so no complaints with that. My issue is that it was sent in a massive box, with loads of plastic packaging around it, so much so that at first I couldn't even see what was in the bottom of the box! I am shocked, considering the urgent need for us to cut down on plastic. So for this reason alone, I will not be using them again.”

It is a pain to contact them in the first place having to download a form to upload as well as emailing through their website- why can't you just email them like every other company? And although had a very quick response it was rather dismissive not actually very helpful. Would not use again if can get items elsewhere!”
