“I sent three boxes via UPS and all the boxes were weighed as per the quotation, a week after they were picked up ParcelHero then put through as additional £14 charge, I have spent weeks trying to get an explanation and even though I provided photo evidence showing the measurements and weight of each box, they responded to say that they photos had to be more detailed to be used as evidence. This company is a scam and just trying to take additional payments!!!”
“Do not use for international parcels. I shipped an item for repair, with all the documentation given. It waited in Customs for 20 days and then was shipped back to me at my own expense. The return charges were drawn from my account with no warning. Support claims they contacted the recipient by email but could provide no proof. My recipients telephone number and email were given as well as my own but at no stage during the parcels wait in customs did we hear anything. Support have been extremely unhelpful. Would not recommend using them for any internal packages.”

“This was my first time (and certainly the last!) using this company for sending a small parcel from UK to EU country.
Not only it was 5 days late (as per stated delivery time), but they also use third party customs companies to try to lure money out of you. The recipient was contacted by the third party customs agent (rather than customs itself) and asked to pay additional €20 for customs declaration(which I already provided detailed and clearly)! When contacted about parcel being severely late, their response was "apologies, we will try to do better…"
One week after the parcel was finally delivered I received an invoice (and automatic charge of my debit card!) for additional payment for "incorrect weight and measurements of the parcel provided"! My jaw dropped. I contacted them AGAIN to find out that they charged me for it but don't have any valuable info about it.”

The recipient later contacted me to say that it had arrived safely and intact.
