The tracking number said the parcel had been delivered, so I did not report the parcel missing. Following me contacting the receiving company, who after 2 weeks asked for proof of delivery it then took Parcel Hero nearly 3 weeks to tell me that the parcel was lost. As it was now past 30 days I was not entitled to compensation. What's the point of having a tracking number that gives false results!!!!!
DO NOT use them, their prices are competitive, but your paying them to steal your parcel! How in this electronic/digital world can a parcel be lost! And to discover that 3 weeks to realise that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
“Booked a FedEx delivery. Initially labels didn’t arrive. Printed next day and took to shop that had been selected on website to be told they no longer accept FedEx. Tried another 3 in the area all the same réponse. Had to cancel and rebook with ParcelForce and was charged for the privilege! No customer service number or online chat available!!!”
“Booked a delivery for a large package stating accurately the weight and dimensions. When courier turned up the next day he advised he could not take the package as it was too big. Had to cancel and wait several days for a refund. Incredibly frustrating as the correct information was given on booking so would have preferred to be told then that it could not be taken”
