“The pick up and delivery were fine but giving a window of 9am-5.30 was asking a lot of my mother in law to stay in my house all day. I thought that I’ll change the address to hers that’s a couple of streets away (2 mins after booking) but your system wouldn’t allow me. A bit old fashioned and pant’s really!”
“Provided the wrong trading times for the post office I had chosen to drop the parcel off. This wasted my time as it was closed despite it stating it was open.”
“I paid for my parcel to be collected from my house, but the person collecting never turned up. Had to take it the following day to a drop off shop. (A 17 mile round trip.) Not happy with this as I had paid for this service.
The parcel got to it's destination speedily, but the person delivering it left it in their "safe space" when they were in. They did not attempt to contact my customer at all.

“It made me happy by allowing me to enter the relevant dimensions and weight of an awkward sized box, took me to Parcel Force; booked, paid, collected, and delivered promptly. The downside was the cost. Using Parcel Hero cost me £85.45 as opposed to the £67 it would have cost by booking it directly on the Parcel Force site. My mistake!”
“Happy with every aspect apart from the rude member of staff who spoke to my Mum when she was dropping the parcel at the shop. His customer service was non existent, he was unhelpful, rude and I would never select that store in future as an Evri partner. Otherwise, the price, the time and the delivery lady at who got my parcel back to me was all spot on.”
“The drop off point I selected for a Sunday drop off, no longer accepts parcels for parcel force, which caused me a problem, as I had to take time out of my busy schedule on Monday, to take it to a post office.”

Looking to see if parcel had safely been delivered required the tracking no. - why wasn't it just available within 'my account' to view? At one point i thought i might need to cancel the transaction but gave up when i couldn't easily find how to do this.”

Tracking the parcel delivery was unnecessarily complicated. I did not receive updates. The tracking number was not easy to find and the tracking page was very difficult to locate. However my parcel was delivered ok.”
“Had a bit of an issue trying to modify collection address. It took a day to correct and finally they got it right.
Hope I won't be charged twice they said I should get a refund for the mixup.”
“The choice of courier was simple, and prices were competitive, but finding the documents for printing was difficult and so frustrating. Tracking worked well, and the overall delivery by UPS was completed efficiently. I will book direct through the carrier next time.”
