Parcel was a bit knocked about on delivery.

“The parcel was delivered ok and on time. But it was delivered to a neighbour. The person who delivered it left no note about this or where it was, so we had hours of uncertainty before it showed up. That was disappointing. Why not leave a card to say what you’ve done and where it has been left?”
“Easy to use the site and fair price, UPS driver was pleasant and helpful. HOWEVER, the parcel was badly damaged and Ive had to return money to the person who bought the item. The box was very clearly marked Fragile - Handle With Care but sadly it was still damaged.”
“Initial contact and service from ParcelHero was good but I was really disappointed when my brother told me that he had to pay customs tax at the other end. Whether this is something ParcelHero should have known about or not I do not know but somebody receiving a gift from you shouldn't then have to pay for it!”
“Well, 2 out of 3 ain't bad, as meatloaf said, though when you send 3 parcels at the same time to 3 Areas, 2 of which are within a couple of miles of each other, you would think that they would all arrive as expected together. Not this time with this company. 1 of those 2 that are within miles of each other Still aint arrived. When booked it said for delivery on Monday, we are now on Tuesday and 1 parcel is saying it has just arrived at the delivery depot. Oh well maybe it will arrive on Wednesday.”
“This is the first time I've used parcel hero hence the 3 star rating. So far so good. The more I use them the better star rating as long as they do what they say they are going to do. However they are better than parcel2go dont even consider using parcel2go.”
“I used you as you showed a good price for an item 148cms long and organised collection. However, the headline price increased twice during booking to about 25% more than I expected and indeed had charged the recipient, and it wasn’t clear why it should have done. Overall the service was good as the item was collected and delivered on time. However, I would have preferred to know the correct price at the outset so I could pass on the cost accordingly.”
“I was directed to UPS for my courier. I paid and received all the correct paperwork for labelling and collection.
When the collection never arrived as detailed i had to ring UPS only to find that they had the collection address down as in Brentwood, I live in Skipton!! my address was shown correctly on all my paperwork. The whole episode took a day and a very expensive phone coll to correct. UPS gave no explanation as to why this could have happened.
Now i do not blame YOU for this error, i am sure it was UPS but I just thought you should be aware of it.”
“I would have given a much higher score if it wasn't for the fact that the delivery driver just dropped the parcel inside the front gate without even informing any of us in the house that he was there, it was lucky that we happened to be going out at a later time and happened to see that it had been delivered.”
