“Easy & cost effective way to arrange a return but didn't find website particulalrly easy to navigate once transaction underway. Everything i wanted to check/find seemed 'hidden'. Looking to see if parcel had safely been delivered required the tracking no. - why wasn't it just available within 'my account' to view? At one point i thought i might need to cancel the transaction but gave up when i couldn't easily find how to do this.”

Tracking the parcel delivery was unnecessarily complicated. I did not receive updates. The tracking number was not easy to find and the tracking page was very difficult to locate. However my parcel was delivered ok.”

Hope I won't be charged twice they said I should get a refund for the mixup.”
“The choice of courier was simple, and prices were competitive, but finding the documents for printing was difficult and so frustrating. Tracking worked well, and the overall delivery by UPS was completed efficiently. I will book direct through the carrier next time.”
“My first time getting a parcel to be delivered the process was very easy,but the driver who picked the parcel up was not helpful at all,I suffer from a heart condition,and can’t lift anything heavy,the parcel weighed 30 kilograms and he wanted me to put more banding on the parcel to make it more secure but was reluctant to help,I found him quite rude and unhelpful”

“All reasonably easy and worked to plan with parcel being collected and delivered on the stated dates. However the courier gave no time slots for either collection or delivery -only between 9 and 5 which meant an entire day of just waiting.”
“Booked a Tuesday collection with Every/Hermes through ParcelHero. Waited all day Tuesday and no sign of Evri. Same again on Wednesday so cancelled and arranged (through ParcelHero) for ParcelForce to collect on Friday instead. They collected at around 5.30 that day, and shortly afterwards the Evri courier arrived, 3 days late! ParcelForce delivered on the following Monday, so ParcelHero seem ok, but they shouldn't offer Evri as an option. Don't use Evri!”
“I took my parcel to the Post office as per the instructions to be told that as it was after 14:30, they couldn’t accept it and I had to take it to the parcelforce depot which was highly inconvenient. The parcelforce staff member told me the post office should have taken my parcel. This cost me extra in time and diesel so not particularly the service I expected.”

“Collection driver was lovely but sitting in all day for a collection between 9-5pm is frustrating. Would be better if in the morning you were told a rough time driver would arrive as in morning, early afternoon or late afternoon. Driver arrive at 5pm. Had to wait in all day.”

My parcel arrived and the initial process of comparing and ordering was very good.
However ordering, it was not good. The software messaging seems to bear no relation to what is happening. Also a new tracking number seems to be generated with each enquiry, even if it it about one item. It makes me hesitant to re-order because of the time involved to sort it out.”
