“Parcel arrived on time and in good condition. I tried to book direct with UPS but they wouldn't sent a light. Parcel Hero used UPS but there was a £22 addition for the value of the parcel which was over £600”
“Parcel hero worked well, and DHL turned up in the afternoon. All very satisfactory. The only improvement I would suggest is that DHL could’ve given me a little more accurate time than 09:00 18:00

However, the organisation of the delivery was more problematic, I had to cancel one delivery to organise another as I had to change the delivery address due to being given incorrect information.
This was difficult and did not happen without problems so it did cloud my view of the service”
“I was asked to leave the parcel by 12 o’clock on the 13th which I did and received a email receipt confirmation, but it wasn’t picked up until the following day. In the mean time I received an email saying I’d left the cart behind?? Then the follow day two more emails saying your booking is still waiting??
Then the parcel was delivered yesterday which I’m glad about, but not sure why your system didn’t realise the booking had been completed???”
“I have used EVRI for some time and found it to be a simple and effective parcel service, easy to use.
However, this recent, and I suggest unnecessary, change I found difficult to navigate and confusing. As it was my last parcels address to a friend ended up with my name and home town in it as well.
Also I was confused about whether the parcel was being collected or I was to take it to my local shop. I ended up taking it to my local shop and it was delivered today.
I wonder if other uses have found this new layout different or I am a bit of a dunce!”
“The process from quote to collection was straightforward. Instructions as to packing and printing of necessary documentation were clear and unambiguous.”
“Good service but when courier collected my parcel he said it was to heavy so had to decline accepting it Parcel Hero refunded my card less £9 cancellation charge bit steep but can't do anything about that.”
“Easy to use website, and cheaper than other places I looked at. The only thing I think could be impporved on is better visibility of the evidence of delivery, it turns out the delivery wasn't signed for and there was no photographic evidence of the dleivery, which the company I was returning the good to had asked for.”
“Arrived within the time to collect the parcel asked for a receipt and was told they don't do receipts, said I would get email receipt still waiting for it to arrive not good as you have no proof the parcel was with the courier hopefully all goes well will do an updated review when the parcel arrives at destination, on the plus side easy to set up on Web site”
