“Great service. A bit tricky to weigh but I used a travel weighing scale. Didnt realise until my package was ready to get the courier label and had to reopen it to include the second label. Maybe that was just me not reading things through properly first.
Took the package to my local pick up point and was received quickly.”

“The took a larger than normal item, 1.58cm long and 15kg, which most of the other couriers would. So for that I am grateful. They could improve by advising of a more accurate pick up time rather than effectively all day, and they could have text once the item was delivered. So systems need automating a bit better.”
