“Everything went well for me and I was happy with the service. However, the reviews of them taking money after the collection\delivery has made me nervous. I've checked my card and bank details are removed from the account and even asked that the account is deleted. It is also very difficult to navigate closing the account. I don't like it when companies make this hard for customers. It is not good practice these days and they should look into making it simpler and easier to do.”
