“Attempted scam. The next working day after I dropped off my parcel I got an email from someone claiming to be EVRI. I've never had an email from them before. The email said there was an issue with my parcel and after following a link I was asked to provide some personal details. Something about the language used on the site wasn't right and it didn't function the way normal sites do so I opened EVRI'S actual site in another browser. It wasn't the same. I suspect that yourself or EVRI have either sold my email address or perhaps have a security issue. I have also received some nuisance calls but that may be unconnected. I have changed my password and will do my best not to use your services (or EVRI who I've found out are Hermes reincarnated. The worst courier service I've ever dealt with) again. The tracking number says my parcel has been delivered now so thanks for that. Thank goodness I didn't flooding the scam.”
“not happy with the service. was home all day and driver somehow left the labels in the post-box without ringing the bell or calling my phone - you already got here, why not just call??? had to cancel and lose 9 quid. at least i got the rest of the money back”
“Had pick up scheduled; courier did not arrive; rebooked for next day.. again courier did not turn up!! Cancelled order.. I have to wait 7 days to be refunded!
Gave another chance and Booked a drop off this time; on completion of booking got error messages “invoices & labels have not been generated, will email them” 2 hrs later no email received!
No chat or phone number on website for customer service!! So sent message.. 4 hrs later received a response with labels & invoices!!
Dropped the parcel off 3 days later than original collection order!!

“Have used Parcel Hero previously without problems. However this time I was really disappointed. I selected EVRI as the courier for two parcels. Firstly, there was a problem with one of the labels - so I had to wait for an email replacement. Secondly, the status of my parcels showed as 'collection failure' for 48 hrs - even though I had seen them being loaded into a van. Thirdly, I only received a delivery confirmation for one of the parcels - although both were successfully received. Delivery was within the advertised time span”
“FedEx didn’t turn up, stayed in all day! Had to follow your guidance of rescheduling delivery & pay again. Got to wait for my refund. Had to pay again & & more with another delivery service, UPS & take my parcel to a local collection”
“Original courier didn't show and when queried was told they had attempted collection when our cctv shows no one did. Had to rebook for double the price due to this to make sure our delivery got to its destination on time and had to incur a charge to do so. Original courier appeared two hours after the rescheduled one which had I been told would happen I could have saved the money. Tracking page is also badly laid out as it doesn't have any information on where you arranged a booking from.”
“Sadly one of my items hasn’t arrived at the place it was being sent. All of the other items arrived. They were all collected together. I rang the company who actually collected them and some people were helpful others weren’t and I was told to contact ParcelHero directly as they were the agents I booked with however after trying multiple times to find a telephone number and going round in circles trying to find the correct issue on the website I gave up as I was becoming frustrated. I’m hoping my item is found and delivered to the correct address soon.”
“UPS picked up the parcel a day later than planned. The parcel was due to be delivered back to me following a client pick up but rather than deliver the parcel to me, UPS delivered it to a shop which I did not authorise. I had to make my way to the shop to pick up a very large very heavy parcel! No delivery attempt was made as we've checked the CCTV cameras.”
“The website doesn't work -- I updated the pick-up times from 9-17:00 to 12-17:00 multiple times, got confirmation, only to find that it had automatically switched back to the original time slot. There's no customer service phone number or online chat, so a timely response to urgent questions is difficult to get. The website also doesn't make it clear that, for most packages, you'll need access to a printer, and that you should have a pouch attached to the box to place the printed-out forms in. Otherwise, you'll need to tape your labels to the box. Also, it wasn't until I had scheduled a delivery date and paid that they sent me an email indicating that I'll need an EXTRA copy of the labels INSIDE the box, too. So, be wary.”
“After going to the recommended post office, the parcel was refused by the (small) PO as it was deemed “too big” despite it being within the size. The man in the shop was incredibly rude about it when questioned. You were let down by him

“the collection driver waited for me to bring the parcels down a flight of stairs - these were bulky, he did not check the labeling which was incorrect and i could have rescheduled the collection to rectify - he was more concerned about getting a parking ticker - i helped him put the parcels into the van - which he thanks me for but i would have thought he would have checked that all was correct given i had given the collection point and the delivery destination as the same address - i am now having to reorganise another collection at a cost to me personally £150.00 - nt a happy bunny - please can you make contact with me to discuss 07780332086”
“Should have been collected yesterday but Let down with not being collected . Difficult to know what to do if parcel not collected.
I assumed it would have automatically have been collected the next day if it wasn’t previous day.
Why complicate things by having to rebook all over again and pay again. If it’s not collected by tomorrow I’ll probably go elsewhere and book.”
“Unfortunately my delivery arrived at its destination late. I paid for a pre 10.30am and it was delivered some time after. To disappoint further, although we were aware it hadn't arrived by 10.30 am as we were waiting for it and I was continuously checking the tracking, confirmation came through that it was delivered at 10.22 which it was not.”

“Unfortunately a very carefully made wooden box was badly broken, in various places, due to careless handling. The contents was heavy but nevertheless there were multiple "Fragile", "This way up", "Handle with care" stickers that it seems were ignored. Happily the contents of the box was undamaged. Apart from this all was good.”
