“The ParcelHero paperweork generated for international shipment with TNT/FedEx isnt acceptable to courier as it doesnt have tracking barcode. Driver came 3 times to collect - but had to cancel and use different courier, hopefully this will be OK”
“Went to the post office with my parcel wrote on the parcel deliver Tuesday 20th person said bring it back tomorrow which i did then they said we cannot take it as its car spares after a few words they said okay and reluctantly took it ?????”
“Packaged a guitar. Filled in all the weight and size details and was within limits on stated on line. Paid and confirmed my local post office as suggested on site. Took it to post office Bow Lane but they refused to take it saying it was too big. They sent me to Sinderland who also said it was too big but then we’re much more helpful and accepted it. Crazy and time wasting system advising post offices and times that then refuse the parcel.. I wasted two hours after they took my money. Lady at Bow lane was particularly unhelpful and dusmissive.m and gave me Oarcelforces number but said they rarely answered !!”
“Via yourselves booked a collection using Hermes. Did specify that unable to print off a label as I do not possess a printer as I do not find the need to possess one for very minimal purpose. Was advised by you that Hermes would provide a printed label via their driver on collection. This was not the case, the driver said that Hermes do not provide this facility. Thus I cancelled the collection order, to date have not received reimbursement of initial paid fee of £3.52 can you please advise regarding this issue. Kind regards. Peter (Stubbs)”
“The parcel arrived, but the box was open, although everything inside was complete. Unfortunately my family had to pay for the delivery which I had previously paid in London before collection. Since we had to pay double for it, the price was extremely high. Long wait in destination, it could have been delivered sooner.”

“Arranged drop off, walked 20 mins in the snow 8 months pregnant only to be told that the store didn't do dpd drop off anymore but hadn't been removed from the system. Tried to find an alternative store locally with no luck. Gave up and paid extra for home pick up. Having an up to date drop off list is essential for an operational service, was very annoying couple of hours wasted trying to sort.
The rearrangement of the parcel pickup was easy to do online, would recommend this slightly more expensive service to avoid a potential lengthy goose chase finding a drop off point.”
“Found the website very difficult to follow instructions.There was no facility to speak to someone for help.Was on site trying to rectify the error and proceed with my booking for over 2 hours.Canclled in the end.”
“It was easy enough to arrange the courier service and the prices were very competitive however I haven't had the best after sales experience. I was told the parcel would be delivered to the recipient yesterday and the tracking on the parcel hero website even had the parcel as 'delivered' but the recipient was contacting me saying it hadn't arrived. He thought I was trying to scam him and was panicking as it was an expensive item being sent. Very difficult to get hold of parcel hero as there's no online chat or phone number like most services have, only an online for. Anyway after doing some digging I found out that the tracking number for parcelhero alsk worked in the parcel force website (as that was the courier being used) and its there I found the true whereabouts of my parcel saying it was still in the Hub and due for delivery today. Not a great experience and can only hope that the customer does receive it today”
“Had 2 failed collections by parcelforce after being reassured that they provided a collection service for car parts by parcelhero .in the end cancelled and didn't get reimbursed monies . So decided 1 last time and eventually got parcel delivered 17 days after purchased and damaged !!! So needless to say wont be using again.”
“The courier lied and didn’t pick up our collection which meant we had to drop off (we paid for collection). The courier at the other end didn’t even ring the bell so my daughter didn’t know her package had been delivered it was just at the front door. Very poor service I only gave 2 stars because through the poor service it was delivered (not on time)”
“first time using this site found it easy to arrange a pick up,, but when the driver didnt turn up after waiting all day and no contact by phone found it difficult to resolve the prob ,, btw i am a pensioner who is not used to this automated system .. i will try again friday and update my comments ,, good luck”
