“the collection driver waited for me to bring the parcels down a flight of stairs - these were bulky, he did not check the labeling which was incorrect and i could have rescheduled the collection to rectify - he was more concerned about getting a parking ticker - i helped him put the parcels into the van - which he thanks me for but i would have thought he would have checked that all was correct given i had given the collection point and the delivery destination as the same address - i am now having to reorganise another collection at a cost to me personally £150.00 - nt a happy bunny - please can you make contact with me to discuss 07780332086”
“Should have been collected yesterday but Let down with not being collected . Difficult to know what to do if parcel not collected.
I assumed it would have automatically have been collected the next day if it wasn’t previous day.
Why complicate things by having to rebook all over again and pay again. If it’s not collected by tomorrow I’ll probably go elsewhere and book.”
“Unfortunately my delivery arrived at its destination late. I paid for a pre 10.30am and it was delivered some time after. To disappoint further, although we were aware it hadn't arrived by 10.30 am as we were waiting for it and I was continuously checking the tracking, confirmation came through that it was delivered at 10.22 which it was not.”
“Parcel not collected on designated date, 31st August, Stayed in from 9am to 6pm. Have had to re-schedule, for (I hope) collection tomorrow Thursday 1st September.
Will not be recommending UPS.”
“It was mainly my fault, I put wrong address on delivery label & when I tried to amend it, it all went horribly wrong & I couldn't contact you for assistance. I have cancelled my order & hope to receive my refund soon.”
“Unfortunately a very carefully made wooden box was badly broken, in various places, due to careless handling. The contents was heavy but nevertheless there were multiple "Fragile", "This way up", "Handle with care" stickers that it seems were ignored. Happily the contents of the box was undamaged. Apart from this all was good.”

“I paid for two parcels combined weight of 31 kgs and the ups courier only collected one parcel. Parcel Hero provided me with only one label. So I overpaid basically and then had to pay for another collection with Royal Mail. Not happy!”
“Parcel arrived promptly. However, the box was completly damaged and torn. The box was full of clothes ( 17kg), which many items could've fallen out through the tears. I hadn't written down every item so cannot know if anything is missing.”
“Completely confused, booked a parcel with Parcel2go picked Parcelforce and booked.
Then didn’t get labels print !
Realised I’d paid Parcelhero, who are they, thought the site was hacked!
Panicked reported to Paypal, then found labels print available and it’s Parcelforce.
Did Parcel2go get there commission?
Totally confused by the whole episode.😩”
“The item I sent was delivered two days late to the customer and was damaged in transit, when I raised a claim for the damage they refused to pay it because I couldn't show how it was packaged due to the customer throwing the packaging away. Ensure you take photos of the parcel before it is sent and let customers know that if the item is damaged you will need to have images of the damaged packaging also.”
“Drop off location provided doesn’t exist anymore. Why would you findnitnacceptsblemtonsend a paying customer to a location that no longer provides parcel force drop off.
Impossible to contact by telephone to get instant advice
I had a flight the following day so had to send my packages - too stressful.
The biggest thing you could do to support customers is provide a contact telephone number for urgent situations”
“It is not everybody that has the modern mobile phones that do everything, even making phone calls! I also do not have a printer and found it very inconvenient and had to ask a neighbour to print out the label. I would have cancelled the shipment, but would have lose my money. Probably won't use you again.”
“Sent an item over 50kg, because of that I was told it had to be on a pallet, several emails back and forth because you can't speak to anyone at parcel hero and courier arrives only to say we can't take that on a pallet, do you still want to send it, item arrived damaged. An expensive damaged delivery so I await someone reading this review and contacting me regarding my refund.”
“The pricing is competitive but the purchase form is worded in confusing ways. They keep referring to 'you' and the sender in alternating ways. It's very easy to get confused. They even ask if you are the receiver at one point!
The live chat service didn't resolve my issues.
The page regularly reloaded on leaving the live chat or going back to a previous page. This meant starting again. The one pound cost saving was not worth the time taken.”
